Traceability is a fantastic feature.
What needs improvement?
They should upgrade the algorithm. The solution currently has an old algorithm and there are now free tools on the market that offer better options for drawing algorithms. I'd like to see a Polish spell checker in the solution. They have English and Spanish but not Polish.

I've been using this solution for 15 years.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
The solution is stable.

The solution is scalable. I'm the only one using this solution in our company but our client organizations have many users.
How are customer service and support?
I have had contact with Sparx in the past and they were great. It was nighttime in Poland and I was put through to the support centre in Australia.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?
SAP is a popular tool in Poland and many years ago we switched from IBM Rational Rose.
How was the initial setup?
The initial setup is straightforward for me but sometimes complex for my clients.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
Licensing costs are very reasonable. We pay the equivalent of around $300 per year.
What other advice do I have?
The company provides very good webinars and materials to learn how to use Enterprise Architect.
