How has it helped my organization?
Suger has positively impacted my organization by helping me streamline my e-billing and revenue operations. The platform includes AI agents and workflow automation, which prevent billing issues related to my referrals and offer preparation for my referral clients.
Since using Suger, I have seen specific outcomes. The platform helps me draft, map, and summarize my records due to its extensive use of AI. It has served as my workflow automation solution, which definitely saves time.
What is most valuable?
Suger offers excellent partner relationship management features that manage my distributors, system integrators, and other partners across the globe.
Partner relationship management makes my day-to-day work easier because it keeps all my partners on one platform, which helps ensure that I do not miss opportunities, particularly when large customers need customized terms rather than standard pricing.
Regarding Suger's AI capabilities, I believe its governance and security are strong, as I have not heard of any security breaches from my IT team. Suger's accuracy and reliability of output are dependable, and it is software that we trust in our day-to-day management.
The platform has all ISO standards and compliance protocols, encryptions, and everything in place.
What needs improvement?
One area of improvement for Suger would be adding more marketplace support. Although Suger supports a majority of marketplaces, there are some smaller private marketplaces that it still does not support.

I have been using Suger for a couple of years.

Suger is stable.

Suger is scalable, and even large organizations can use it very easily.
How are customer service and support?
I believe the customer support is good. I would rate the customer support at an eight on a scale of one to ten.
Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?
We were using a different provider previously that was very niche and internal proprietary software, but nothing similar to Suger that we have used in the past.
What was our ROI?
Regarding return on investment, we have not seen much of a return so far. It will still be a couple of years before we recover our investment in this software.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
My experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing has been that it is quite steep. For partner relationship management, Suger charges around twelve thousand dollars a year, which includes guided onboarding. However, I would say for any size organization, this pricing is decent.
Which other solutions did I evaluate?
Before choosing Suger, we evaluated other options, including similar providers such as CloudBlue, Tackle, and Impartner.
What other advice do I have?
I would rate Suger a seven out of ten. I chose seven out of ten because it is a decent platform but not something which is exceptionally amazing. It is a good platform to use.
The advice I would give to others looking into using Suger is that I would provide positive feedback on Suger, as we appreciate the product.
