Is user-friendly and easy for beginners to understand

What is most valuable?

I like that it's user-friendly and easy for beginners to understand. It's not complex.

What needs improvement?

The setup is complicated, it should be simplified.

For how long have I used the solution?

I am a beginner with Tricentis RPA, we've been using it for three to four months.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

We haven't had any issues with stability or scalability.

How are customer service and technical support?

I haven't had the opportunity to contact customer support yet.

How was the initial setup?

The initial setup took five to six hours.

What other advice do I have?

I would rate it an eight out of ten. Compared to other solutions in India Tricentis is new here. It's easy to use.

It's not so popular in India so I think they should make themselves more known here.
