For our IDP projects and RPA projects, the major use case for UiPath Automation Cloud is that we use a Validation Station and similar tools.
I use both attended and unattended robots. Some of them are working in simple terms; some of them are using Robot Studio, and some of them are working independently.
These features in UiPath Automation Cloud help to maintain operational standards.
We automate all of our manual processes by using UiPath Automation Cloud in finance projects and other departments as well.
I think it is important that UiPath Automation Cloud robots interact with both web and desktop applications because I work at a company that allows only on-premises projects. Some of our tools are desktops, and it is important to use desktop projects. Web projects are important too because you may need to check some online variables or online things.
When you use human resources, there is some chance people can make mistakes, but UiPath Automation Cloud robots cannot. They are very fast and do their job correctly and efficiently. Additionally, you can use robots while you are sleeping, but a human cannot. A human needs to take a break and needs to focus.
I would say that UiPath Automation Cloud robots help to automate high-volume processes in my case.
I am not sure if there is any disadvantage to UiPath Automation Cloud; I cannot say anything definitive.
Sometimes when we upgrade our Studio version, there would be some issues when we use a new version, but I would not say there is a significant negative aspect.
The latest issues with the new version involve glitches or latency that happen when we upgrade, and we face some issues that take time to fix. We have to open a new ticket and proceed through that process.
As I heard, UiPath Automation Cloud is a little more expensive than other tools. I just heard this from other developer friends, but I have never used any other tools myself.
I have been using UiPath Automation Cloud for roughly six years, maybe one or two months more.

I think UiPath Automation Cloud is pretty easy to download and use; the installation process is straightforward.
We purchase UiPath Automation Cloud directly from the vendor, UiPath Turkey, and not from any marketplaces.
We have some metrics to demonstrate such improvements, but I am not sure how we can calculate it precisely. For example, if a human spends one hour, a robot spends one hour per day, which means roughly one day in a month, and we use these metrics.
Base64.ai is what I use along with UiPath Automation Cloud; if you check on Google, you can see the IDP product, Base64.ai.
I use other products today, but not ABBYY Vantage. I use the UiPath Automation Cloud Document Understanding tool and also the Base64 AI tool, which is also an IDP tool.

My main use case for UiPath Automation Cloud involves all the RPA related automation including sales order creation, ServiceNow ticket and job ID creation, booking order, and enterprise level work.
A specific example of how I use UiPath Automation Cloud for sales order creation or ServiceNow ticketing is that end users create a ticket in ServiceNow, and the bot goes through ServiceNow and picks up the tickets. It reads the request type and based upon the type, it either opens SAP or opens Oracle. If it is an SAP request, it opens the respective SAP system and then goes to the respective T-code to create the order and then fetches the final transaction ID to go back to ServiceNow to write down the transaction ID and change the status of the ServiceNow ticket. This is one example.
I have several scenarios and around 175 plus bots which are developed in UiPath Automation Cloud. It is working well, and we have bots in several functions including supply chain, finance, with most of the bots being finance-related, and then HR. We have plenty of use cases.
The best features UiPath Automation Cloud offers include the fact that we recently migrated to the cloud. Earlier it was on-premise. The good part is that we do not have to manage the infrastructure since UiPath is taking care of everything, and we always get the latest and greatest updates from UiPath. The UI is also great and the new features such as Maestro and Agentic are easy to access. We can also generate various reports regarding machine, license, and bots utilization.
The user interface is very user-friendly and not complicated. Reporting is also excellent; we can see all the machine details as well as the bot details and how many bots failed. We can easily access the general health, which is beneficial.
The impact of UiPath Automation Cloud on my organization is huge. We are able to generate good KPIs with UiPath RPA, and cloud migration helped significantly. Now we do not need AWS infrastructure, Lambda, and EC2 instances. Since UiPath is taking care of the cloud, we do not have to worry about maintenance. In general, the cloud migration has helped greatly, and overall UiPath Automation Cloud is a really good tool for enterprise-level automation. We have two tools: Power Automate and UiPath Automation Cloud, but UiPath Automation Cloud is really good, and ROI is great.
UiPath Automation Cloud needs to reduce the license cost. That is the first thing they need to concentrate on because many RPA tools are coming up in the market and some are much cheaper than UiPath Automation Cloud. However, UiPath Automation Cloud is very expensive and the licensing is a bit complicated, so they need to consider the license pricing.
From the feature side, troubleshooting needs to be more user-friendly because, in my experience, compared to other RPA tools, troubleshooting for UiPath Automation Cloud takes more time than Power Automate Desktop. Other than that, feature-wise, I think UiPath Automation Cloud has all the best features compared to all the other tools.

Before choosing UiPath Automation Cloud, we evaluated both UiPath Automation Cloud and Microsoft Power Automate Desktop. We are now leaning towards Microsoft Power Automate Desktop because of the license cost.
