What is our primary use case?
Zoho Inventory is used for sales and purchase orders for sales companies who purchase and track their record of purchasing and sales. It also handles accounting, invoicing, and billing. Every module is present in Zoho Inventory.
In my company, we are a Zoho partner. We are using Zoho technology for vendors when they come to us for business or need a custom application.
What is most valuable?
Users can create custom functions according to their situation and use cases in Zoho Inventory, which will be helpful for business. Users can also create custom modules in Zoho Inventory to track records at every stage.
I have used the batch tracking feature in Zoho Inventory to track stock in hand of products and monitor sales by month and year. I have utilized the multi-warehouse management, which allows creating multiple organizations and using other warehouses.
Users can track the record of every warehouse in Zoho Inventory, including stock in hand and dispatched stock from each warehouse. I have integrated inventory with e-commerce platforms and sales management platforms, including Zoho CRM and Zoho Creator. In Zoho Creator, we can create custom applications according to our business.
Zoho provides many tools, and we can create custom applications according to business requirements and needs. We can integrate Zoho tools with other Zoho tools and third-party applications easily.
What needs improvement?
There are default buttons that we do not need, but there is no option to disable or enable them for users from the back end. When we want to disable a button for all users, we cannot do so. If there is an error, we can check it by exporting to Excel and checking from our warehouse. We can also check reports and create new reports in Zoho Inventory.

I have been working with Zoho Inventory for 1.2 years.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
The performance is good. Sometimes it runs slowly, but it is generally good. They provide solutions when we are stuck anywhere and need support.
How are customer service and support?
Zoho support rates seven out of ten. It is reasonable compared to others. They provide many features and services, and their support is good.

How was the initial setup?
We can easily read the documentation step by step and set up Zoho Inventory. There are no complications in the process.
What about the implementation team?
Zoho provides their documentation, which can be read carefully for easy implementation. ChatGPT can be used for additional assistance with implementation. As developers, we sometimes face issues but can resolve them. The implementation portion is handled by the company. As a developer, I create custom functions according to business requirements.
What other advice do I have?
In Zoho Inventory, not all banks are available for integration. Only a few banks can be integrated, which is why we use Zoho Payroll for tracking employee salary data and structure.
There are multiple plans for Zoho Inventory, including Enterprise and Standard, so users can choose according to their business needs.
Zoho CRM is good for tracking leads, campaigns, accounting, and billing. It can be used very easily.
On a scale of 1-10, I rate Zoho Inventory an eight.
