What is our primary use case?
How has it helped my organization?
The basic challenge that we were facing with the current implementation was a few technical problems or last-mile problems. From my analysis, there's an ASN problem that is supposed to be taken care of by Akamai.
What is most valuable?
The last-mile delivery, which is happening, is great. It's a caching server. The caching is a basic feature and it's great.
What needs improvement?
The logging and transparency in the logs and what they are logging could be improved. We'd like to have some sort of dashboard so that we can see what is happening with our own eyes.
For how long have I used the solution?
I've used the solution for about six months. I'm new to the company, which has used the solution for more than two years.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
The solution is very stable. Sometimes we have a problem, however, it is obvious.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
The solution is scalable. It's good. It scales well.
How are customer service and support?
The support in comparison to other vendors is really awesome. They are top-notch.
