We use the solution to manage identities that include human identities, machine identities, digital identities, and API integrations.

The tool's architecture is thin and scalable. We also like the product's ease of deployment. My company is also impressed with the solution's number of connectors.

The tool needs to improve its pricing.

The product's scalability is amazing. I would rate it a ten out of ten.

There were issues in routing the call to the support but it is resolved now.

The product's deployment gets completed in six weeks. The deployment team consisted of 17 members. The team included project directors, dev members, cloud architect and architects, security team members, application engineers, etc.

We relied on one integrator for the tool's deployment.

I would rate the product's pricing a seven out of ten. We are using the yearly license.

We evaluated Delinea and CyberArk before choosing the product. We chose ARCON because most of the options that we evaluated were not easy to scale up or deploy. ARCON gives you everything that is needed for multi-factor authentication and vaulting.

I would rate the product a ten out of ten. Don't take one product from ARCON, take all their products.
