Armorblox is an email security tool. It's an API integration towards the Microsoft 365 or Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Armorblox is a scalable solution.
What is most valuable?
What needs improvement?
Armorblox lagged in terms of grabbing phishing emails or phishing campaigns. The solution should improve its modeling, and it should be mature.
Armorblox should include gray email detection and auto-remediation in the next release.
For how long have I used the solution?
I have been using Armorblox for more than one year.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
Armorblox is a stable solution.
How are customer service and support?
We had a dedicated support engineer assigned to us. We discussed or consulted with him and got good support.
How would you rate customer service and support?
Neutral
Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?
We previously used Mimecast, and we switched to Armorblox because Mimecast gave lots of false positives.
How was the initial setup?
The solution’s initial setup is straightforward.
What about the implementation team?
It took an hour to deploy Armorblox.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
On a scale from one to ten, where one is cheap, and ten is expensive, I rate the solution's pricing a five out of ten.
Which other solutions did I evaluate?
Before choosing Armorblox, we evaluated Abnormal Security and Proofpoint.
What other advice do I have?
Armorblox is a cloud-based solution. The solution helped us improve the security, but we had a couple of issues regarding the operation.
From an email security perspective, users or employees don't need gray mail or phishing emails in their email boxes. So, if the tool is not performing well in that area, then there's no sense in using that particular tool.
Overall, I rate Armorblox a five out of ten.
