Breach Secure Now is primarily used for cybersecurity awareness training and running phishing campaigns. We conduct a phishing campaign once a month where Breach Secure Now sends phishing simulation emails to all users in the organization during a specified time period. This allows us to identify who clicked on phishing links and provide them with additional cybersecurity training.

We also use Breach Secure Now for weekly cybersecurity awareness training for users. Additionally, we utilize the dark web monitoring feature to identify if any emails, passwords, or other information has been compromised anywhere.

Breach Secure Now's cybersecurity training is the best feature offered. It has significantly helped users become aware of different phishing scams and encourages them to think before clicking on any links or visiting sites. The phishing campaign feature greatly helps us make users more aware of cyber threats.

Both the phishing campaigns and cybersecurity awareness training stand out as exceptional features. We link our sign-in with Microsoft 365, which provides a single sign-on option and gives users a seamless sign-in experience. The emails sent from Breach Secure Now look very legitimate, which trains users on how phishing emails can appear authentic while actually being fraudulent, making them more cautious. The awareness training covers different topics that users have found genuinely helpful.

The positive aspect of Breach Secure Now is that users are more aware of cyber threats. Since implementing Breach Secure Now, I have received considerable feedback from users indicating that when they are uncertain about emails they receive, they now send inquiries to IT support to verify legitimacy rather than clicking links without verification. This change has helped reduce cyber incidents significantly.

The setup is easy and straightforward when you link with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, providing users with a seamless sign-in experience. There are different tiers of privilege levels you can assign, allowing you to give appropriate access to managers and employee-level access to users. Managers can view employee scores, which has been beneficial. Breach Secure Now has helped users become more aware of different cyber threats and incidents, which has contributed to reducing cyber incidents. These factors are what make it stand out.

Breach Secure Now could offer more options in the dark web monitoring section. Otherwise, Breach Secure Now is excellent for cybersecurity training for users.

Breach allows us to set up and deploy cybersecurity services for clients in minutes and focus on customizing the solution for our clients instead of leaving them with tools from multiple vendors that they must learn to configure and deploy on their own.

This solution has improved our efficiency in delivering a host of cybersecurity support resources to our clients while maintaining a lean staff and robust offering. With a smaller support staff, we can interact with client security POCs to help them manage their program or manage it for them with input from client representatives. It helps us develop sustained relationships that open the door for additional services we can provide to our clients, such as XDR for endpoints.

Breach's dark web monitoring and security risk assessments are helpful. With other partners, we must charge high prices that most small and medium-sized businesses cannot afford. 

Dark web monitoring allows us to check personal and professional email as part of the package without any additional charges. The security risk assessments feature enables us to conduct an annual review. We use the results to develop a work plan and walk the client through posture and planning requirements for the next year.

The security risk assessment could be improved by adding additional compliance framework alignments beyond just basic cybersecurity or HIPAA. It would be nice to have an alignment with PCI, FTC Safeguards, and maybe CMMC, depending on how the client status questionnaire is answered. This an awesome feature that helps organizations perform security risk assessments that they couldn't afford them. These options will be critical fro MSPs with the FTC Safeguards regulation taking effect.

Breach is highly scalable. It's suitable for clients with only a few employees or more than 500.

I rate Breach support 10 out of 10. The customer service and account representative support has been amazing. It is some of the best support we've gotten from all the vendors we work with.

The initial setup was straightforward because Breach gives you an NFR account for your organization, so you can see what you need to do for your customers. 

Our in-house team implemented Breach with support from the vendor. The vendor team support has always been responsive and highly competent.

The ROI is high. No one will be disappointed by the return they get from using Breach for themselves or their clients. 

We reviewed and assessed several competitors before going with Breach, including Infosec and Knowbe4.

I rate Breach Secure Now 10 out of 10. Take a close look at this solution if you want a quality multi-function solution to support your client's cybersecurity posture needs.

Pay close attention to the settings in the admin dashboard. You can accidentally engage some capabilities that go out to all client employees before they are ready to be engaged at extended levels of platform functionality.
