The primary use case of this solution is for smart-building solutions.
Good for IoT devices and occupation-calculations, but there are issues with stability and it is not user-friendly

What is most valuable?
The most valuable features of this solution are occupation calculation and IoT solutions.
What needs improvement?
Many areas need improvement, but stability has some issues.
We don't always know what the configurations are all about.
They change the configuration possibilities all of the time and we don't always get the same software results.
In the next release, I would like to see it easier to use.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
The stability has some issues.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
The scalability is one of the best.
Normally, we deliver this solution from a thousand users to twenty thousand users.
Fortunately, we have one University that has fifty thousand users.
How are customer service and technical support?
For normal problems, the support is ok, but more complex issues the support is not ok. They are not quick to resolve the issues and they are not always able to resolve the problem.
How was the initial setup?
The initial setup is complex.
You need two different solutions that work together, and it's not always clear how to configure one part to the other part.
The deployment takes anywhere from two to three weeks.
The deployment methods are both on-premise and private cloud.
What other advice do I have?
Cisco, on the whole, is the support of all of the products.
Most of our clients are Enterprise companies.
You will need help with the implementation. People think that it is easy, but it isn't.
I would rate this solution a six out of ten.
