On the CDW-G side, they could improve by providing a more comprehensive and clear packaging system. The frequent changes and convoluted packaging, possibly due to Google's constant updates, make it difficult to comprehend their services. On the Google side, they began charging for previously free tools, so if they offer paid tools, they should provide additional features beyond what was already available.
