Automated campaigns have boosted daily outreach and now manage high-volume customer interactions
In my opinion, the best features Acqueon Engagement for Amazon Connect offers are the customer data platform, because it helps organize the different customer information and details along with their segments. There is also compliance management, which helps apply rules for permitted customer contacts, and it does so in a very unique way. Reporting is another valuable feature, as it helps managers review campaign activity and performance across fields. Regarding how the reporting feature helps my managers, they make reports about all of their activities. The managers then review the reports and see whether they are accurate about the client information and all the details. This tool helps the managers arrange the reports according to their requirements. Regarding Acqueon Engagement for Amazon Connect's AI capabilities, I think there is good governance and security for this product. It has very different laws and security protections, which make its uniqueness very prominent compared to other tools. There are nice governance and security policies for this tool. Regarding Acqueon Engagement for Amazon Connect's AI capabilities, there is nice accuracy while using the product. If we use this product consistently, the accuracy will gradually increase. For reliability, there is better reliability when we use this product for months. We get to rely on this product, and it is also helpful for our further projects. For different types of projects, it has nice reliability and better perfection, and a better combination of accuracy and reliability. I have heard from some of the employees that Acqueon Engagement for Amazon Connect supports integration, which is one of the useful features. It is designed to integrate with different CRM tools and other business applications. This is one of the biggest advantages for the management of automated dialing and multiple communications. It is used in that way.

Cloud contact flows have unified omnichannel journeys and now support natural language self-service
To improve the reporting, it would be beneficial to provide better visualization of the data. Currently, you typically have to take the data out into another service to make it readable and understandable. It would be easier if it were available in that format from the start. Amazon Connect should continue to develop the AI capability within the platform and improve the performance of the AI features, as they are still relatively new and the performance can sometimes be inconsistent. Additionally, there are a number of basic features that could potentially be continued to be improved. The pricing and licensing of Amazon Connect are not licensed. The pricing is consumption-based with two pricing models: one called the AI pricing model and the other called basic. Amazon Connect should provide greater clarity for customers on the pros and cons of its pricing, as some customers might end up paying more than they should if they do not understand it properly. I believe Amazon Connect should add more information on how the pricing works. It is available publicly, which is good. However, when you turn on Amazon Connect, you immediately start using the AI pricing bundle, which may not be the most appropriate for some customers, resulting in them paying nearly twice as much as they should.

Pros

"Acqueon Engagement for Amazon Connect has positively impacted my organization by significantly increasing agent productivity by slashing idle time through predictive dialing while boosting contact rates using Best Time to Call analytics."
"It helps to manage customer calls and different running campaigns, and it improves the work of our contact center agents."
"Acqueon Engagement for Amazon Connect has positively impacted my organization by improving agent productivity, better campaign management, and improved customer reachability."
"Acqueon Engagement for Amazon Connect positively impacts my organization by automating the campaign and the sending of emails and pop-up messages based on the status of the customers who have not obtained a debit card, and I see a benefit for my team as it was not necessary to keep track or manually do work, which was automated by Acqueon Engagement for Amazon Connect."
"It helps to manage customer calls and different running campaigns, and it improves the work of our contact center agents."
"With Acqueon Engagement for Amazon Connect, it was only one percent of that staffing need and we completed off-boarding within six months, whereas otherwise it might have easily taken us two to three years, really saving us a lot of money and making it worth the investment."
"Amazon recently launched a new service within Amazon Connect called Workforce Management (WFM). Only a few companies like NICE and Genesys offer comparable WFM solutions. Amazon Connect's WFM features are robust, allowing for agent scheduling, tracking their status (on call, on leave, on break, etc.)."
"What I like most is how well it integrates with other AWS services, the ease of implementation, and the robust partner network that supports it."
"Amazon Connect is easy to learn."
"In my experience, one of the tool's most valuable features is its ease of use. Setting up a contact center can be done in just a few minutes with a few clicks. This contrasts with the hours or days it might take using other solutions."
"The feature I find best about Amazon Connect, which is currently on trend, is the artificial intelligence; it helps us maintain continuity with the client—for instance, if a client calls for a ticket and calls again after three days, we can keep the same ticket or request to provide follow-up with the same agent or person."
"The Connect Lens feature most improves contact center efficiency by providing insights into customer journeys, behavior, and sentiment scores, allowing for areas of improvement to be identified and addressed."
"The tool's most valuable feature is its simplicity and ease of use. Unlike other cloud contact centers, Amazon Connect allows easy drag-and-drop actions. Additionally, it integrates with other AWS services like Lambda."
"The features I found most valuable include CloudFormation, which helps use multiple stacks to deploy the services and features we want, and CloudWatch, which is useful for troubleshooting and monitoring various aspects of the contact center solution."

Cons

"I think some of the advanced features of Acqueon Engagement for Amazon Connect require training."
"I think some of the advanced features of Acqueon Engagement for Amazon Connect require training."
"To improve Acqueon Engagement for Amazon Connect, I suggest better user interface and navigation, clearer error messages when campaigns fail, reducing the number of steps required for routine operations, providing a real-time campaign performance dashboard, better agent productivity insights, customizable reports, and easier export of campaign data."
"I think Acqueon Engagement for Amazon Connect can be improved by making the user interface easier to read."
"Enhanced documentation and faster response times for technical support would accelerate troubleshooting of complex integration bottlenecks."
"Due to network issues, the agent desktop might be affected. If the firewall blocks the agent's desktop, connectivity might be disrupted."
"Support for that specific service for Amazon Connect is basically non-existent."
"However, issues that involve other AWS services sometimes delay resolution."
"There are issues on features like Lambda integrations and time-out"
"There is room for improvement in certain areas of Amazon Connect. For example, regarding holiday scheduling, the platform lacks a specific feature to declare holidays for companies on fixed dates. While basic hours and weekly schedules can be set, there's no option for declaring specific dates like national holidays. Basic scheduling options exist, but users must rely on Lambda functions for more complex rules and logic."
"The product does not have any reporting dashboards."
"For a company with technical resources, it's a great tool. But for someone who wants a pre-packaged solution where everything is ready to use with some customization, it's a little more challenging."
"Amazon recently released a new feature called 'Customer Profiles.' It's intended to be similar to Salesforce. However, feature-wise, it isn't equivalent to Salesforce yet."

However, the cost can be low if you have a smaller team of agents or receive fewer calls. Pricing is typically based on a per-user basis."
"I rate the tool's pricing an eight out of ten."
"Amazon Connect has a pay-as-you-go model. But I have a slightly different perspective on it."
