File renaming functions, new file selection, post-transfer file removal, and conditional transfers can be configured. Specific conditions can be defined within MOVEit Automation in a single configuration, with hardcoding options in XML following vendor templates. The solution features Key Vault for storing keys, facilitating easy monitoring and renewal when necessary, supporting PGP and SSH keys. It can connect to cloud buckets from platforms such as GCP, S3, or Azure blob storages, and provides user-friendly error codes for troubleshooting. While MOVEit can handle large file transfers, server capacity must be adequate for stable operations.
