Very user friendly but configurations can be a bit complex
We use the solution to access company information via the cloud.  The solution is very user friendly.  Configurations can be a bit complex.  I have been using the solution for two years.  The solution is stable.  Technical support is very helpful so I rate them a seven out of ten.  Neutral…

Designs subnets with high security while navigating evolving integration processes
The primary function of Azure VPN Gateway allows for designing subnets from existing networks, whether they are physical or virtual networks within Azure or other cloud instances. You can configure these networks using IP numbers and connect them using certificates or SaaS strings. It also requires Entra ID for privileged access groups, resulting in high security.

"The point-to-site is pretty good for the B2C stuff. It's fairly straightforward to set up."
"The VPN Gateway is valued for its ease of use and redundancy."
"It is easy to configure."

Cons

"Configurations can be a bit complex."
"Their technical support could be better. If you don't have a support contract, it takes longer."
"The instructions on how to integrate P2N and P2S type networks into Azure VPN Gateway could be improved, though it is a constantly evolving process."
"Documentation and configuration settings can be improved."
"The product's deployment phase is not simple, making it an area where improvements are required."
"In the next release, Microsoft should add an option to schedule upgrades."
"There is a need to improve the paperwork and management approval process, which is currently painful, though not directly related to the VPN Gateway itself."
"Microsoft could work on having micro VPNs to integrate with mobile devices."
"The marketing material in the portal is not very user-friendly."
