Offers ease of use and app easily shows the password when I go to any application
The functionality to fully utilize passkeys could be improved. The last time I spoke to support, they said the development team was working on it. So far, it's working okay on my personal devices. I would like to log in with a master account using a passkey, that would be easy. The product is really great. I just miss the functionality to log in to Bitwarden using a passkey.

Efficient credential management enhances security and productivity
Credential management was a significant advantage of Keeper. The ability to share credentials easily and securely was a big improvement. Previously, sharing passwords and credentials through email and teams was a problem. It resulted in notable productivity gains and increased security. We also used Keeper to block or handle non-standard sites that were not allowed, enhancing our control.

Quotes from Members

We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros

"The product has a very friendly community."
"In our organization, we use Bitwarden for managing product credentials. Bitwarden's collection feature enables us to securely create and store credentials, and we can easily provide team members with access to the relevant collections."
"Its integration capabilities and versatility, like the ability to securely save passwords and other critical information, make it incredibly useful."
"The customer service and support are good. The technician is on time and the follow-up is amazing."
"It is open source and the premium package is reasonable."
"Having all the passwords in one place is helpful."
"I've found something else that is extremely valuable. Bitwarden refers to it as "emergency access". It's essentially a digital legacy where you can assign approved users who can request access. If you don't decline within a certain timeframe, they can access it in case you're incapacitated or deceased. When I last checked, only a few services offered this feature. Bitwarden had the simplest and best implementation."
"Auto login across platforms allows for no copying and pasting."
"We can access our sign-ins and passwords on up to five devices per user. This means I can access a given site and my login and password for that site from my home and office computers as well as my phone and iPad."
"A useful solution for storing encryption keys, programming and developing a SaaS platform."
"I like Keeper's mobility and its accessibility."
"The possibility of assigning information to different groups and individuals has been the most valuable."
"I like a couple of things about this solution. Being able to share passwords with other people is valuable. You can see if the information is out on the dark web and whether you have weak passwords and the last time they were changed. You could also have the 2FA or MFA codes embedded in the application so that you don't have to use your phone or any other 2FA device, which is something very important."
"Keeper was user-friendly."
"Keeper Bridge."

Cons

"The product must be a bit more unified and refined."
"I often use another password manager as well to keep my passwords separate, ensuring redundancy. But one simple thing Bitwarden could improve is providing an option to duplicate credentials. Often, you're creating many sets of credentials for the same thing. If they all have the same information, notes, login, collection, and naming - all you're changing is the password. The ability to duplicate credential records quickly would be a big win. It doesn't do that right now."
"The solution should be made more secure as it has the banking sector and assets saved."
"The product could be cheaper."
"I would like to log in with a master account using a passkey, that would be easy."
"It would be ideal if the application could be seamlessly integrated into our open-source software, especially for the purpose of enabling straightforward logging."
"Enhancing the tool by including additional security variables would be a valuable improvement."
"The organization of items needs improvement. For example, when I log onto the cloud version as well, everything is shown on my folder. It is hard to differentiate between files and documents in my list of items I have stored inside."
"I would like to see a way to store files and photos in the next update. If it already does this, I have yet to explore it."
"Needs to improve KeeperFill on iOS."
"Maybe a sort of category organizer to help with organizing passwords for different things, such as banking, medical, shopping, and school."
"The technical support has no experience."
"Keeper does not provide password management for mobile apps."
"If you purchase the premium, then after the subscription expires, you cannot edit your passwords any longer, even if you could before you purchased the paid subscription."
"Room for improvement in my eyes would be being able to share my credit cards and other types of information. The only thing they really share is passwords, and you can only do it with one password at a time. When you're trying to share it out or trying to remove it from being shared, you can't do multiple selections."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"The solution is reasonably priced."
"It is an open-source tool."
"The product is not costly. I pay $10 per month."
"In our region, it comes at an affordable price."
"I use a free version and it works well for me."
"Its cost is relative to the value of the information stored in Keeper."
"Its price is reasonable."
"The pricing is available on the vendor's website."
"It's definitely worth it and affordable. Their sales team can definitely help scale your needs on licensing and provide pricing options."
"Pricing might be a little less, but with promo codes and family plan - best offer"
"ROI is hard to know, but it has to be several times the expense of the product."
"Free works unless the paid is absolutely necessary."
"We chose their optional annual subscription; I believe we paid monthly — I thought it was a good deal."
