I think Keeper Enterprise Password Manager can be improved by ensuring that you do not have to sign in every day to the vault. It would be better if there was an option for an easy way to share the password with people who do not use Keeper, such as a one-time share where you can just share the whole folder instead of having to share each record.

In my opinion, Keeper Enterprise Password Manager could be improved by allowing the creation of templates, basically role templates, that we could deploy to other clients without having to go through the Commander CLI, but rather through the graphical interface. I chose the score of 8 specifically for Keeper Enterprise Password Manager because it could improve on alert management, online help which is not in French and can cause problems in our French-speaking market, and the fact that templates cannot be applied without going through the Commander CLI.

Sometimes, Keeper Enterprise Password Manager gives a wrong password. Whenever I log in, it just does not recognize our managed password. There may be a bug. Looking at the user interface of Keeper Enterprise Password Manager, there is room for improvement on that side. Perhaps transitioning and smoothing out the interface would help. There are several improvements that are needed with Keeper Enterprise Password Manager. As I mentioned, there is room for integration and fixing bugs. Nothing is perfect in this world.
I rated Keeper Enterprise Password Manager a nine out of ten because occasionally the KeeperFill app does not function as it should and forces users to manually retrieve the password out of the vault and enter it manually. Apart from the KeeperFill app issue I mentioned, I feel Keeper Enterprise Password Manager needs no improvements, as that is my only complaint.

Room for improvement in my eyes would be being able to share my credit cards and other types of information. The only thing they really share is passwords, and you can only do it with one password at a time. When you're trying to share it out or trying to remove it from being shared, you can't do multiple selections.

The organization of items needs improvement. For example, when I log onto the cloud version as well, everything is shown on my folder. It is hard to differentiate between files and documents in my list of items I have stored inside. For example, one day I wanted to connect a customer system via VPN. Everything was in a folder in Keeper, but it was shown on the folder of just one file. And when I selected it the content wasn't shown directly and I thought I couldn't find what I was looking for but it was inside this folder. It was selected but I didn't pick up on it and I thought it was just a file. We put it with the files inside. I thought the information the customer sent to me was not enough to connect to the system without a problem. I asked for help from my colleague and he just clicked on it and everything was open and everything I was looking for was there.

* I would like the ability to change the theme colors to anything I choose and not be limited to preset themes. * Adding other preformatted fields that can be added to a record. * Having a client record or main folder that has other field types available (i.e. contact information, etc.)

There is no improvement needed. Everything was good, and it was perfect for my needs.
Keeper does not provide password management for mobile apps.
The password rotation feature could be improved.
The stability of the solution can be improved because sometimes the solution does not work.
The technical support for this solution could be faster support and improved if they had a better understanding of my questions.

Possible offline access to passwords. Therefore, when internet access is unavailable, I can still access my vault.
Its aesthetic needs improvement.
