Centralized monitoring has made incident investigations faster and daily security checks simpler
Overall, it works well for day-to-day monitoring, but I think there are a few areas where it could be better, as the smart search is useful but sometimes finding the exact moment you need can still take a bit of time, especially when there's a lot of activity in the footage. It would be helpful if the AI could understand more specific search descriptions and identify relevant events more accurately, and I would also appreciate seeing more customization options for alerts, so I can get notified only about the activities that actually matter instead of receiving unnecessary notifications. Another useful improvement would be a simpler way to export and share specific clips with the team when investigating an incident, as these changes would make the system more efficient and reduce the amount of manual work involved in monitoring. One small thing that would make my experience better is having more control over the motion alerts, since sometimes not every movement is important, so being able to set more specific rules for different areas would help avoid unnecessary notifications. I would also find it useful to have a quicker way to search for an event using simple descriptions rather than having to adjust the time range and review multiple clips. Things that can make my experience better are having control over motion alerts, being able to set specific rules for different areas to help avoid unnecessary notifications, and a quicker way to search for an event using simple descriptions rather than having to adjust the time range and review multiple clips. I gave it a nine out of ten so that the improvements can be made much faster and it can be smoother and help us get things done faster.

Reliable live signal workflows have enabled robust international sports broadcast distribution
The previous versions of Haivision Media Platform were a bit more cumbersome since we have been working with it for more than four years. Currently, Haivision Media Platform is much more updated, much better, and more intuitive with many quite technical options. Haivision Media Platform is very technical and gives very technical parameters that others do not give. It provides a good way to optimize and give good parameters to use. I like Haivision Media Platform because the software manages to use resources effectively according to the actual quality it is giving me. On the technical side, I would like Haivision Media Platform equipment to be a bit more robust. On many of my devices, I have 100 Mbps ports, but I would like them to have 1000 Mbps ports. I would like them to have more capacity because a 100 Mbps port makes me very limited. Regarding Haivision Media Platform improvements, I would like software updates for problem resolution or bug fixes to be more frequent. In the documentation on the website, I would want to have a faster and more accurate way to resolve failures since it becomes cumbersome having to create an account, register, and ask support and have them answer a question that could already be included directly in the documentation to improve and make technical support much faster. An additional improvement necessary for Haivision Media Platform would be for the gateways to add more protocols and improve IGMP, as I have had issues with IGMP for receiving some types of signals, such as UDP. They are a bit finicky for some versions, and I would like it to open up more to additional network protocols like NDI, protocols that are not being accepted so far.

"Overall, it has made our monitoring processes much more convenient, helped improve our visibility across different areas, and reduced the effort involved in investigating incidents."
"Cisco Meraki MV positively impacts my organization by providing hardware to connect employees wirelessly to the network, allowing for mostly stable connections, and facilitating straightforward remote access to the Cisco Meraki MV user interface for maintenance."

Cons

"There is room for improvement in the compression of files I can download, as currently it is still quite large."
