Creating a session requires just one click, which makes data ready efficiently. Reporting-wise, Cornerstone is the best. It allows internal content management, playlist creation, using external links for learning, and supports various AI training. All the compliance training, code of conduct, and audits are handled through Cornerstone, making it beneficial.

A solution with great customization and visually appealing features
I rate this solution a nine out of ten. Storyline has so much flexibility, and you can do so much fun with it. It's top-rated. You can do basic things and get carried away with Storyline. However, if you're looking to convert a PowerPoint presentation into something that looks nice or has an embedded video where the speaker would be, iSpring Learn is a good solution. It's a great program, and we use many features. For example, we use Camtasia for video and screen recordings. If we want to create a game or start something from scratch and customize it for the user with graphics and places with many engagement features, we can use either Articulate or Storyline. Everything is contained in one window, and it's visually appealing. We can scroll down, and it's almost like a webpage where we get all the information. iSpring Learn is made so that we can create visually appealing and engaging content with just a PowerPoint presentation. Sometimes we have people who give us a PowerPoint and say, "Can you do something with this? Can you make it pretty?" Or they'll provide us with audio and say, "I recorded these slides for PowerPoint. Can we jazz it up? Can we do something?" So we put the picture or their bio with their contact information. If they have any attachments, we'll add resources to them. Then we convert the PowerPoint and add the audio, which looks great. iSpring Learn is easy to work with.

Quotes from Members

We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros

"Stability and scalability are good, they have four releases every year of which learning is a big portion, and they are constantly refining and defining and embedding a lot of new technology into it all the time."
"The Meeting feature is similar to a conference call facility that can be used for virtual meetings."
"It has provided the ability to build cross-functional teams."
"It is a one-stop shop solution, where you can actually log in using your Windows username and password, and the single sign-on can be configured with this LMS."
"The most valuable feature is how easy it is to learn and use. It's built off the Microsoft Word format, so if you can use Word, you'll be able to figure this out."
"From an API perspective, this is a very robust platform that offers integration with many other platforms including Linkedin and Salesforce."
"What I like the most about Cornerstone is that it is agile, it has good built-in processes, and the implementation is rapid, making it a cost-effective solution."
"Stability and scalability are good. They have four releases every year of which learning is a big portion of that. They're constantly refining and defining and they're embedding a lot of new technology into it all the time."
"We can quickly convert PowerPoint to e-Learning modules and add video and other resources to our e-Learning modules."
"ISpring Learn is made so that we can create visually appealing and engaging content with just a PowerPoint presentation."

Cons

"There are some configuration elements that require Cornerstone engineering resources. It would be nice if we could self-serve. I would like the ability to manage the user interface or the navigation and layout of the pages that are displayed to end-users."
"Its dashboard and analytics must be improved. Currently, we get the data, but we don't get anything from the insightfulness perspective. Analytics is where it requires a lot of work. We definitely expect some good dashboard features, which are currently lacking in this solution. From a technical perspective, they need to open access to all HTML tags. It currently doesn't support many HTML tags, which makes it challenging to create HTML pages."
"There is a need for quite a bit of improvement. The reporting side of things definitely needs a lot of improvement. At the moment, it gives you a data dump. You have to open it up in Excel and filter out the bits that you don't want and need."
"A minus is that Cornerstone doesn't provide the admin the ability to create their own content for learning. So, you can just manage the content."
"The automated ticketing system for technical support often has a response time that is quite long, which is something that should be improved."
"The recruitment module needs to be improved in Cornerstone Learning."
"UI/UX can be improved, although CSoD is very responsive to customer's feedback and does implement many new features suggested by customers"
"CSOD does not do a great job in prepping the client for the initial set up - they sign the contract and then throw some docs at them and wait."
"I would recommend some enhancements to the product."
"I would recommend some enhancements to the product."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"I was not involved in the financial negotiation for our contract with this company, but in the past, I have seen the fees run between $10 USD and $11 USD per user."
"It is a premium product, and it is on par with its competitors. It isn't out of scale with what the market is demanding. We're always looking at ways of trimming costs, but we haven't had a lot of flexibility with pricing and/or options with Cornerstone. So, its price is decent. There are ad hoc engineering costs when we are required to use a Cornerstone resource. Additionally, when we choose to integrate with third-party platforms, there is a setup and maintenance fee for these data integrations. They need to be built into our ongoing budget as we expand our offerings."
"This solution offers competitive pricing."
"The price of Cornerstone Learning depends on many factors, such as size and negotiations."
"I would rate the price at four on a scale from one to five because it's a very expensive product."
"The solution's pricing depends on the specific requirements."
"The solution cost approximately $47,000 annually."
"I'm not aware of the costs. It must have been something for which we paid. Every single employee in the company had some kind of access to Cornerstone because that's how they got to their training."
