Has supported enterprise projects consistently but pricing remains a challenge for broader adoption
We are system integrators and resell the HCI solution. We have worked with Dell VPLEX for approximately two to three years. We have been in several RFCs, and Dell VPLEX is implemented in the enterprise segment only. The solution is expensive and requires more budget, so people in the SMB segment do not prefer it. We typically recommend Dell VPLEX for customers who already work with other Dell products.

Centralized dashboard has simplified cloud backups and now streamlines multi-cloud data migrations
The best features NetApp BlueXP offers, in my experience, include a single dashboard for every operation, which helps reduce manual work. It has a great dashboard with better visibility and works across multiple clouds, whether in a hybrid or multiple cloud environments. The dashboard helps my team day-to-day by providing a very easy-to-use UI that is not too complex. We can easily add cloud details, create buckets, and manage all the information for backup. The operations are GUI-based, making it very helpful for configuring these tasks without using complex CLI commands. NetApp BlueXP positively impacts my organization by providing good integration with NetApp storage including ONTAP and Trident, along with built-in monitoring and alerts. It saves a lot of time and reduces the in-field engineers' costs.

"The VMware capabilities can be improved."
"Performance could be a little better. In my opinion, it's a bit slow. If you click on something, it takes a while for the data to load."
