Has supported enterprise projects consistently but pricing remains a challenge for broader adoption
We are system integrators and resell the HCI solution. We have worked with Dell VPLEX for approximately two to three years. We have been in several RFCs, and Dell VPLEX is implemented in the enterprise segment only. The solution is expensive and requires more budget, so people in the SMB segment do not prefer it. We typically recommend Dell VPLEX for customers who already work with other Dell products.

Unified control plane has simplified hybrid data management and has automated workflow orchestration
In terms of areas where NetApp BlueXP can be improved, I focus on privacy and governance. What I mean by this is that personally sensitive information in the interface needs to be encrypted, which is called privacy. As per the governance policy, that is for data security governance policy, it also needs to have a specific policy on how this data has been categorized. If I had the opportunity to add a feature or function to NetApp BlueXP, I would ensure that privacy and governance are taken care of properly.
