I'm not impressed because it depends on the resolution of the screen, so I wouldn't highly recommend this tool.
Eggplant Test offers 24x7 support.
They get into the meeting, understand the problem, and try to provide a solution quickly.
Support should be free, especially for product-related issues.
I would rate UiPath's support neutrally at a five.

Eggplant Test scales well and integrates strongly but faces challenges with licensing costs and performance slowdowns in large packs.
Sentiment score

UiPath Test Cloud enhances automation scalability, improving efficiency and workflow management despite integration challenges and local script storage needs.
Proper knowledge of Orchestrator and CI/CD processes makes the product truly scalable.
Scaling with UiPath Test Cloud is supported; they have the infrastructure to scale automation to meet business needs.

Eggplant Test is praised for stability and responsive support but faces occasional crashes, latency, and high resource usage.

7.5
UiPath Test Cloud is generally stable with occasional performance issues, earning user ratings between seven and nine out of ten.
UiPath Test Suite has matured over the years and is now quite stable.
It is performing better than two to three years back; significant improvements have been made for complete project delivery.

Room For Improvement

Eggplant Test struggles with usability, integration, setup issues, and outdated features, requiring improvements in performance, support, and accessibility.
Enhancements are needed in mobile automation, integration, reporting, compatibility, and cost-effectiveness for improved UiPath Test Cloud workflows.
For big problems and complex automation tasks, I would prefer UFT because it has more flexibility and is more effective.
The two-system architecture that we currently follow could be better replaced with a one-system architecture.
If they could add defect management, it could work independently without needing Jira.
I've noticed that adding more users impacts the speed, although nothing stops entirely.
UiPath should introduce compatibility so existing processes in Selenium or other tools can work seamlessly with UiPath Test automation.

Setup Cost

Eggplant Test is costly yet ideal for large enterprises, with execution-only licenses offering better cost-effectiveness than competitors.
UiPath Test Cloud is seen as valuable yet costly, with prices perceived higher than competitors but justified by features.
Our customers usually pay around 30K to 35K for five licenses, which is priced per year.
The pricing of UiPath tends to be on the higher side, which can restrict smaller companies from adopting it.

Valuable Features

Eggplant Test excels in cross-platform testing with AI-driven automation, simplifying processes and enhancing collaboration through modular scripts.
UiPath Test Cloud integrates with tools, offers low-code, customized tests, AI features, and saves costs on testing processes.
It can auto-heal the test cases and suggest new paths for testing, enhancing our ability to automate end-to-end journeys across various applications.
It can integrate with GitHub, allowing you to work with DevOps pipelines, so whenever you make changes in GitHub, it runs and checks the smoke testing on the server.
The ability of the test suite to automate tests across a wide range of technologies is great since UiPath's background in RPA is specifically designed to automate basically any and all technologies.
Some of the best features I find with UiPath Test Cloud include the creation of end-to-end workflows with API integration.
The most valuable feature of UiPath Test Cloud that I have found is the TestManager dashboard, which integrates with Jira through Planview Tasktop.

Has required frequent manual adjustments due to screen resolution but supports simple automation with minimal effort
I would prefer more UFT because it has VB scripting capabilities. While Eggplant Test also has this feature, it's not very user-friendly. I prefer the features of UFT compared to Eggplant Test. When needing to do quick automation, I would prefer Eggplant Test, but otherwise, I would always choose UFT. It depends on the complexity of the tasks. For big problems and complex automation tasks, I would prefer UFT because it has more flexibility and is more effective. With Eggplant Test, if you have very low complexity automation, such as simple click sequences and validation, then it would be preferable; with more complexity, I would not recommend Eggplant Test.

Comprehensive, good value for money, and a lot of time savings
I discovered a lot of bugs in UiPath Test Suite. If I publish a test case in Test Manager as well as in Orchestrator, the existing test case does not get replaced. It is appending the test case but not replacing it. We want to replace the existing test case, but this functionality is not available. In Test Manager, there are a lot of defects in the ROI report that we provide to the operations team on a monthly basis. It is not very clear and detailed. There is no detailed explanation of every test case. There is only a high-level overview. We cannot download the report from Test Manager. We have to use some other tool, such as Power BI, to view the data.
