Creates versatile applications seamlessly across platforms
I like the simplicity of making panels with Flutter. It is easy to use when you understand the code, know how to use Docs, and understand the components of Flutter. It allows you to create fragments that look good and work on both mobile and web environments. Additionally, it works for both PC and iOS devices.

Building tools with user-friendly interfaces abut needs integration improvements
An integration of Copilot options within Microsoft Power Apps would be useful. In UiPath apps, there is an autopilot function that uses a generative AI model, which creates layouts and connects data services automatically with a prompt. Such integration would be beneficial to build basic frameworks that can be enhanced. This would assist business process users who lack coding knowledge.

Quotes from Members

Pros

"FlutterFlow offers a lot, but one feature that really helps me is the debugging features that allow me to test everything on the spot. This is really helpful."

"The most valuable features of FlutterFlow are the integrations and workflows."
"One of the beauties of Power Apps is the fact that it's low-code."

"If you're using Microsoft Power Apps to connect to a SharePoint list and create a quick form for business users, it's highly effective."
"It uses a lot of AI, which is helpful, especially during the setup process."

"The most valuable feature of this solution is the Model-driven or Canvas application-making platforms. The power of the two gives us exactly what we are looking for."
"The platform has valuable features for opportunity and finance management. It has all the essential features for customer service."

Cons

"There is room for improvement in advanced functionality so it could cater to more complex app development needs."
"The UI components could be more standardized. Sometimes, for certain properties, I have to search more than I do with other platforms. With other platforms, once you know one, you know all. But with FlutterFlow, sometimes you have to look around for what you need."
"Scaling depends on project requirements."
"I am trying to see how it can be integrated with the backend. That said, I haven't gotten there yet."
"In terms of workflow automation, I believe that capabilities for creating the entire business process are required, or, at the very least, the option to model the business process, define complex business events, handle them, and route them to appropriate business stakeholders."
"When it comes to PowerApps, debugging can be difficult at times. It would be beneficial to simplify it."
"The solution could improve by having more connectors for different solutions in a way to create custom connectors. Additionally, they should make HTTP Connectors free again because it was not always a premium feature. These HTTP connectors allow you to send API requests which can be important."
"You need to be familiar with Microsoft Power Apps' infrastructure. If you understand Power Apps, it becomes easy to use; otherwise, it may seem challenging."
"Its user interface can be better. It is good, but it can be a bit clunky."
"The solution's deployment is complex."
"Customer support needs improvement."
"You can't add too many filters onto anything you build, otherwise, it will be very slow and it will affect your performance."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"I would rate the licensing costs a three out of ten, with ten being expensive and one being cheap. Currently, I use the free version."
"The cost for licensing could be lower."
"We use the Office 365 package, and Microsoft PowerApps is a part of the package. We don't pay any separate price for this. There are no additional costs. We just pay for the Office 365 package."
"The price of Microsoft PowerApps is reasonable compared to other solutions."
"Usually, the free licenses of Power Apps come to normal corporate users for free...For normal users within a corporate firm with licenses, it's totally favorable."
"Microsoft Power Apps is not an expensive solution."
"The enterprise-level costs a great deal of money, and you have to purchase additional licenses to scale it."
"It depends on the subscription of Office 365 that customers have. With some subscriptions, it's possible to use PowerApps."
"It was about $40. There are people that are lower than that, however, they don't give you the features."
