Strong security has protected my online accounts and keeps my access safe across platforms
In my opinion, the best feature Google Authenticator offers is the way it generates the code every one minute or thereabout, and the code keeps changing, which enhances security. I am very sure nobody can have access to my accounts without Google Authenticator. Google Authenticator has impacted my organization positively as I have first-hand assurance that nobody is breaking into any of our accounts or websites, and it saves a lot. It gives you that assurance; it makes you feel very safe. The security is top notch, and it is even amazing that it works without the internet. What is really measurable is that we do not get our things compromised now. It is more secure; it provides comfortability knowing that my account is safe, and I feel more secure.

Modern access controls have streamlined daily MFA use and support complex privileged workflows
The area that is missing much is about the reporting part. I would rate Idira Identity in general about eight. It has a good set of features compared to other identity security platforms. It's well-composed on different layers but requires platformization to go further to make it easier to use. You can do many things in it, but you need a lot of knowledge about dependencies of many things, so it requires time and big knowledge, and for the customer, it's a tough task now. It was very bad in the past. Now it's going better, and I expect that this platformization transition will help in succeeding more in the future.

Pros

"Google Authenticator has helped save money, save time, and maintain reputation because of the security it provides."
"Google Authenticator has positively impacted my organization by improving security and productivity."
"The security is top notch, and it is even amazing that it works without the internet."
"CyberArk Identity's ability to safeguard financial services infrastructure is good."
"The UI is very simplified, and the documentation of CyberArk Identity is very crisp and clear."
"The support of CyberArk Identity is really good."
"The features that I personally find most effective in terms of security stem from the fact that it is easy to integrate and also the adoption is faster."
"The tool helps with authentication. It acts as an MFA for any kind of privileged access that occurs in our organization."
"It has aided in troubleshooting by allowing logs to be extracted and sent to a correlation engine, such as QRadar, for notifications or alerts."
"I find the CyberArk Identity portal quite intuitive; it has changed a lot over the last year and a half and if you think logically and understand your environment, it is easy to establish a suitable setup for yourself and all your vendors."
"What I like most about CyberArk Identity is the model that is in place."

Cons

"I deduct one mark due to the lack of a backup and restore option."
"The product needs to leverage the cloud more, especially in the financial sector, where cloud adoption might be limited. Proper reporting within the cloud is essential. The tool should be more user-friendly to expedite access for users. The current agent-based system poses challenges if a user loses access to the server, making tasks difficult to perform. It should also improve technical support."
"CyberArk Identity is kind of expensive."
"In terms of a governance platform, it's worth noting that CyberArk doesn't offer a particularly strong one."
"Some areas experience slowness based on the workload. There's a need to enhance network performance despite the good user experience with access management."
"Something they could improve is the management of multifactor authentication. When you translate the page from one language to another, it can be a difficult process."
"The OpenID features could improve in CyberArk Identity."
"The product is not cheap, especially if you opt for an on-premise deployment requiring a complex server infrastructure. On the other hand, choosing the software as a service version simplifies infrastructure requirements but necessitates being online all the time."
"This solution has MDM (Mobile Device Management) features, but they are weak."
