Sentiment score
5.0
Microsoft's Windows 10 support has mixed reviews with praised resources but varying response times and direct support quality.
The online support often redirects us to FAQs instead of connecting to a real person.
There could be more detailed guidance on new installations like Google Authenticator, as the process is often vague and lacks fine-tuned information.
We have informed Microsoft, but the issue is still there, and it has been more than three to four months.
The customer service and support from Microsoft are quite responsive and generally good.

For scalability, I would rate it a nine or ten because performance-wise, Windows 10 has never given me those issues.

Sentiment score
7.0
Windows 10 is considered stable with minimal downtime, though infrequent bugs arise from updates or third-party software.

The challenges were related to third-party agents and their supportability.

Room For Improvement

Google Chrome Enterprise needs better memory management, AI integration, and security updates while addressing virtualization and plugin concerns.
Windows 10 faces criticism for frequent updates, high resource use, security flaws, UI issues, and insufficient cloud integration.
If we have a laptop with basic configuration, it eats up a lot of RAM and slows down the system.
This causes hesitation in installing them due to concerns about hidden costs and inadequate information.
Microsoft can improve their Teams product because everybody uses Teams, and it's very clunky and unfriendly in terms of scrolling back, downloading files, and moving back and forth within the different teams.
The basic version offered by Windows 10 does not allow direct preview of emails, requiring downloads instead.
The system frequently attempts to update Windows 10 software, which significantly slows down my laptop computer.

Setup Cost

Google Chrome Enterprise pricing is competitive, with discounts available, praised for value in security and maintenance over competitors.
Windows 10 licensing is complex and costly, but offers good features; pricing improvements could enhance value for enterprise buyers.
It's a bit on the higher side, but we prefer to stick with it because of the security, ease of maintenance, and the company's reputation.
For those buying a Windows license, it might be better to buy a Windows 11 license.
Windows is considered overpriced, especially given the normal software functionalities.
Windows 10 is cost-effective when compared to other competitors available such as Mac and Linux.

Valuable Features

Google Chrome Enterprise offers robust security, centralized management, and efficiency with seamless device access, affordability, and consistent performance.
Windows 10 offers user-friendliness, strong security, fast performance, and wide compatibility, benefiting both enterprises and individuals.
I enjoy using features that are more sophisticated in terms of centralized management to maintain consistent security.
The security it offers is an advantage, which is crucial for us due to HIPAA compliance concerns.
Google Chrome Enterprise is my preferred browser over Firefox and Microsoft Edge.
When using mapping software such as QGIS or ArcGIS, the system remains stable, especially when handling heavy files.
I use Copilot to capture meeting notes and get summaries and bullet points, and it is a wonderful tool.
Almost 80-90% of people are using Windows 10.

Improved security features with gaming enhancements while supporting various features
I understand that Windows 11 supports quite a bit of additional features for people who are, for example, into high-end gaming and the features that support that kind of utility. It's not personally much of a thing for me, however, I've heard about differences between the two operating system versions. To the best of my knowledge, I think Windows 11 brings some AI features for Microsoft Copilot, which probably weren't as integrated into the previous version. There are the occasional bugs and issues that pop up, yet none are significant enough for me to consider a major update. Overall, it's a smooth experience.
