Sentiment score
4.4
Microsoft support receives mixed reviews, with some finding it helpful and others reporting slow responses and inconsistent quality.
The online support often redirects us to FAQs instead of connecting to a real person.
There could be more detailed guidance on new installations like Google Authenticator, as the process is often vague and lacks fine-tuned information.
If I were to rate support for Google Chrome Enterprise from 1 to 10, with 10 being the best, I would give it nine.
We have informed Microsoft, but the issue is still there, and it has been more than three to four months.

Sentiment score
6.4
Windows 10 is stable with minimal issues, but updates and compatibility can sometimes affect performance and stability.

Room For Improvement

Google Chrome Enterprise users seek better RAM management, improved speed, AI features, pricing flexibility, and broader market availability.
Windows 10 users criticize frequent updates, performance issues, and interface, seeking better security, user-friendliness, and improved support.
If we have a laptop with basic configuration, it eats up a lot of RAM and slows down the system.
This causes hesitation in installing them due to concerns about hidden costs and inadequate information.
Microsoft can improve their Teams product because everybody uses Teams, and it's very clunky and unfriendly in terms of scrolling back, downloading files, and moving back and forth within the different teams.
Investment in Windows 10 may not be ideal as the world is changing with advancing technology in the AI age.
The transitions within Teams are not smooth, and call quality in meetings is not great.

Setup Cost

Google Chrome Enterprise pricing is reasonable, with license costs varying and education discounts, praised for security and responsive resellers.
Enterprise buyers face varied Windows 10 pricing, experiencing high costs and complex licensing compared to alternative operating systems.
It's a bit on the higher side, but we prefer to stick with it because of the security, ease of maintenance, and the company's reputation.
For those buying a Windows license, it might be better to buy a Windows 11 license.
Windows is considered overpriced, especially given the normal software functionalities.
Windows 10 is cost-effective when compared to other competitors available such as Mac and Linux.

Valuable Features

Google Chrome Enterprise ensures security, seamless integration, and productivity with automatic updates, cloud operations, and extensive device synchronization.
Windows 10 excels in usability, security, multitasking, and compatibility, enhancing productivity with intuitive features and robust system protection.
The security it offers is an advantage, which is crucial for us due to HIPAA compliance concerns.
Google Chrome Enterprise is my preferred browser over Firefox and Microsoft Edge.
I enjoy using features that are more sophisticated in terms of centralized management to maintain consistent security.
When using mapping software such as QGIS or ArcGIS, the system remains stable, especially when handling heavy files.
The configuration management tools, such as SACM, are effective.
Windows 11 brings some AI features for Microsoft Copilot, which probably weren't as integrated into the previous version.

Adapting to changes is smooth with flexible storage options and responsive support
I can't use Google Chrome Enterprise for my bank site because it could be the bank site issue. Something is breaking on the logging page itself, so it could be a cookies issue. As long as it is working in Edge, I am content with that. Google account storage could use some improvements. They should have a better compression mechanism or increase the free data space to the next level; at least make it 30 or 40 GB. According to the current trend, increasing the free version is better so that people can sustain for some time before making a purchase. There could be more flexible options for pricing and license for Google Chrome Enterprise. Currently, there are maybe two, three, or four options, but there should be something lesser than one TB. Customers should be able to choose extra storage according to their needs, such as 50 GB on demand, rather than predefined sizes. There aren't many complaints about the Google Admin console; maybe some improvements, especially with the parent control part. Perhaps I didn't explore that much; that could be a reason.

Improved security features with gaming enhancements while supporting various features
I understand that Windows 11 supports quite a bit of additional features for people who are, for example, into high-end gaming and the features that support that kind of utility. It's not personally much of a thing for me, however, I've heard about differences between the two operating system versions. To the best of my knowledge, I think Windows 11 brings some AI features for Microsoft Copilot, which probably weren't as integrated into the previous version. There are the occasional bugs and issues that pop up, yet none are significant enough for me to consider a major update. Overall, it's a smooth experience.
