Integrates with various tools with flexible pricing model and easy setup
We conduct quarterly reviews throughout the year, using the system to manage the entire performance cycle. Employees and managers provide feedback, and one-on-one meetings can be scheduled directly through the platform. The system handles all records and notifications, syncing with Google Calendar and providing meeting preparation tools. Employees only need to complete their reviews, while the system takes care of the rest. After the reviews, we receive insights from all departments and regions, helping us analyze performance trends. HiBob can be configured to support hybrid and remote work, but its effectiveness will depend on how well it aligns with your company's needs and setup. While the system allows for customization, including features like tracking birthdays and anniversaries, its usefulness for remote work will vary. Compliance issues, such as GDPR, will also play a role in deciding which features to use. Ultimately, the value of these tools will depend on your company's specific requirements and location. HiBob requires one person for maintenance, though additional admins can be assigned as needed. The system offers various modules, such as the talent model, compensation hub, analytics hub, and hiring model, which may be utilized depending on your company's needs. For a company of around 200 employees, one person is typically sufficient for maintenance, but a second person might be needed if the company grows to around 250 employees. Overall, I rate the solution an eight-point five out of ten.

Quotes from Members

We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros

"HiBob integrates with various tools, such as Slack, Jira, and Google Calendar."
"It's very suitable for large, multi-geography companies but also very suitable for medium companies with multi-geography operations."
"The feature I like most in SAP HCM is its effectiveness for talent management."
"The payroll function in SAP HCM has been most beneficial for managing global workforces. We plan to use goal management and KPI features to link to payroll through the SAP SuccessFactors module."
"It is a pretty stable solution."
"SAP HCM can handle a large number of employees. We can easily process payrolls and check the arrangements, and the client can also check the performance of the employees. Additionally, it has some advanced features."
"The stability of the solution is good."
"We have features such as ABKRS based on the client's requirement, tariff and TMSTA, and so on."
"The most valuable feature is Organizational Management (OM)."

Cons

"HiBob isn't as user-friendly for managing contractors, part-time employees, or consultants."
"It would be very helpful for our company if a new version was released with the ability to contain all of the things that we have newly introduced in our company."
"The talent modules are lacking in HCM, so I would recommend switching to SuccessFactors for talent management, but HCM excels at time management and payroll."
"The breadth of functionality offered by SAP HCM comes at a cost."
"SAP HCM needs to improve its UI."
"There needs to be a renovation of the interface and functionalities of the talent management modules."
"I would like it to move more towards a single data space, a single data source. SAP as a platform relies on multiple data sources because traditionally, it's been bolted together by the acquisition of other products rather than a single database. That's why there are lots of points of failure and lots of required points of integration. They need a single integration point."
"HCM could improve compatibility, making it more accessible via web applications and graphical interfaces."
"It was difficult to deploy. There were challenges regarding configurations and implementation. So, we had a lot of issues."

Pricing and Cost Advice

Information not available
"We purchase the product's yearly license."
"SAP is expensive, but if you're using the product, then the expensive product becomes inexpensive. Considering its performance and features, I find it quite reasonable."
"The cost depends on the size of the organization. Compared to others, I'd say Oracle is number one, followed by Workday and SAP HCM."
"For implementation, SAP offers little support unless you buy SAP Safeguarding from SAP Consulting."
"HCM is cheaper than SuccessFactors."
"SAP is extremely expensive. The integration costs and customization costs are also a lot."
"The pricing is not reasonable at all."
"We have an annual license for this solution, and the price depends on the number of users."
