Room for Improvement: IBM Security QRadar could enhance graphing capabilities, improve API integration, and ensure seamless upgrades. There's also a need for better default configurations for compliance requirements. Kaspersky EDR could improve resource efficiency, offer better sandboxing, and enhance responses to new ransomware threats. Challenges like cloud integration difficulties and concerns due to its Russian origin could also be addressed.
Ease of Deployment and Customer Service: IBM Security QRadar supports flexible deployment across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments, with technical support generally rated as knowledgeable but with varied response times. The support is really good; for instance, if a critical ticket is submitted, you will get paged right away as it gets logged, and their analyst will look into it, letting you know as soon as possible so you can work on it.
From my perspective, the local team and the support team of Kaspersky Endpoint Detection and Response Expert need to be more accurate and more responsible.
Kaspersky supports us; when we and the analyst with Kaspersky grade it, we are almost prepared to respond to our questions with my team.
I haven't used technical support from Kaspersky extensively, but I can rate it as good, around eight out of ten.
For EPS license, if you increase or exceed the EPS license, you cannot receive events.
