Unified dashboard has simplified managing multiple scanners and improved vulnerability remediation
The best feature and biggest benefit of the product is the ability to manage different scanners from a single dashboard. Regarding analytics capability, Kondukto provides actionable insights into security needs because it performs all the work on the customer's behalf. It checks findings and vulnerabilities from different scanners, confirms that all findings are matched together, and makes it clear and confident that the final finding is truly a vulnerability requiring action. Regarding automation features, Kondukto is fully automated and fully integrated with a plug and play approach. In terms of integration with DevOps pipelines, the benefit is that Kondukto itself is not an integration tool. The DAST tool is integrated, and I can manage the scanner. The tool itself, whether it is DAST or SAST, will be integrated with DevOps and other tools like notification tools, SIEM, and SOC. The scanner tool itself will be managed under Kondukto, but Kondukto does not provide integration. There is no need because the scanner itself will integrate with other tools.

Improved our security posture thanks to comprehensive visibility
I have contacted Wiz technical support frequently. The support is excellent. We contact via an in-application portal. We can see the support cases we personally open, and also the cases that other people have opened from our company. I appreciate that feature. Generally, support gets back to us within a few days with a good answer. There was one fellow in particular who has been knocking it out of the park. He is a great support person to deal with. We are happy with the support experience. If I were to put Wiz support on a scale from one to ten, I would give them a ten.

Quotes from Members

We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros

"Kondukto helps consolidate security findings by correlating them to minimize false positives and giving customers a complete and clear vision of high critical findings in an easy way."
"Wiz has significantly reduced alert fatigue in our organization by grouping together elements that form toxic combinations, allowing us to quickly identify and remediate critical issues instead of chasing isolated alerts from multiple tools."
"Wiz is a very powerful product technologically."
"I feel that the automated scanning system of images and accounts offered by Wiz is amazing, and the best part is that they provide solutions as well, allowing us to solve the problems without looking elsewhere."
"Wiz positively impacts my organization, especially since we are in the insurance sector where data security is paramount."
"What I appreciate most about Wiz is that the compliance and CSPM aspects of this cloud-native application protection offering are genuinely better than other products available in the market."
"Wiz has positively impacted our organization with improved remediation speed and efficiencies in terms of time saved, as well as reducing false positives."
"Wiz has improved the overall security posture of our previous organization, National Australia Bank, by providing wide-cross visibility in terms of risk identification, alert creation, misconfiguration identification, vulnerability remediations, patching of security holes, and exposing details."
"Wiz Code is a platform that serves most of these features as a single entity, which has definitely reduced the time for triaging the security aspects of vulnerabilities and helps in overall innovation for the team."

Cons

"The primary concerns I have are that it is somewhat expensive, support would rate as seven, and there were licensing activation issues."
"Two percent would be that the loading time is taking a bit longer while loading the graph, and while navigating to other links, that is also taking some time."
"In Brazil, the cost is a significant issue due to the currency exchange rate."
"I think Wiz could improve its identity component."
"The pricing of Wiz Code is a little bit higher for small enterprises that I run, but it's something that I can manage."
"One noticeable aspect is that we are receiving some false positives, but this is better compared to the previous tool I used."
"In Wiz, if there is one vulnerability that occurs multiple times, it is listed only once. However, even if it is a single vulnerability in the same category, it repeats multiple times. This feature can be time-consuming as it requires continuous scrolling."
"I think speed is important; Wiz waits for approval before suggesting a new vulnerability solution, so a faster cycle would help developers prepare before an attack occurs."
"One area I would like to see improved is the user experience around complex findings, as having more contextual guidance on why an issue is important and the recommended remediation steps would make it easier for newer team members to act on findings."

Pricing and Cost Advice

Information not available
"The pricing seems pretty simple. We don't have to do a lot of calculations to figure out what the components are. They do it by enabling specific features, either basics or advanced, which makes it easy to select."
"The pricing is fair. Some of the more advanced features and functionalities and how the tiers are split can be somewhat confusing."
"The pricing is fair and comparable to their competitors. The cost seems to be going up, which is a concern. There are potential savings from consolidating tools, but we're uncertain how Wiz's pricing will change over time."
"Regarding pricing, it’s more than $100k because we have a very big infrastructure. Our environment supports around three thousand people, and we offer business-to-client financial services to around one million clients, so we rely heavily on Wiz."
"Wiz is a moderately priced solution, where it is neither cheap nor costly."
"Based on the features and capabilities, the product pricing seems reasonable."
"If one is cheap and ten is expensive, I rate the tool's price as a five out of ten."
"I wish the pricing was more transparent."
