The most important feature and the reason we use it is the reliability. It's incredibly reliable. We have never experienced any problems worth mentioning. It is quite easy to monitor and check. We are satisfied with the service. While many questions would be better answered by business personnel from the back office, from our perspective, we are satisfied with it. The support for this service is perfect. We frequently have technical questions, not just about future upgrades, and the support is exceptional. We have numerous subsidiaries that can access the case manager on the SWIFT side, and everyone is satisfied with this. The system is straightforward to install and upgrade. It's crucial to upgrade all patches and hotfixes, and the process is quite simple.
