Personalized metrics; simplicity of data
My primary use case for Pandora is monitoring This solution has helped us improve our organization by allowing us to create a lot of metrics on several platforms, including Windows, Linux, and Unix. We then use these Pandora metrics to create an interface. We then pass the interface off to the…

Innovative platform enables proactive threat hunting and endpoint monitoring
I have not seen Wazuh moving in the direction of AI-driven threat detection projects myself, but since the market is moving that way, I wouldn't be surprised if they implemented it soon. My plans to increase the usage of Wazuh or switch to another tool depend on what my boss decides. We don't refer to any community support specifically, as we rely on other platforms such as GitHub or Discord, depending on the application. I recommend that as more companies come on board with Wazuh, it will motivate those who contribute to it, but I am also cautious that as it gains attention, a large company might buy it and change its course of business. Overall, I rate Wazuh a nine out of ten.

Cons

Pricing and Cost Advice

"Pandora FMS is easy to implement and the pricing of licenses is competitive."
"My rule of thumb would be that if you need more than thirty agents, and you lack an automation tool such as Chef or Puppet, you will save a lot of time and money going to the Enterprise edition."
"Only one payment and it includes support, updates, new versions, and access to the complete library of plugins except for SAP and z/OS."
"You have to pay for the number of agents and models that you are monitoring. I would rate the cost at three with one being the most expensive and five being the cheapest."
"You get the license and it includes updates, new versions, and access to the complete library of modules."
"The Open Source Community Edition is great to just explore the software, or use it on medium-sized infrastructures."
"Growing the solution or migrating to the Enterprise version is easy, and various plans are available."
"In terms of money, the Enterprise version is the cheapest that I have found after a market study."
"It is an open-source product."
"Wazuh has a community edition, and I was using that. It's free and open source."
"The current pricing is open source."
"Wazuh is open-source, therefore it is free. You can purchase support for $1,000 a year."
"Wazuh is totally free and open source. There are no licensing costs, only support costs if you need them."
"Wazuh is open-source, so I think it's an option for a small organization that cannot go for enterprise-grade solutions like Splunk."
"The solution's cost is above the average."
"We use the free version of Wazuh."
