Well-priced, user-friendly, and offers many great features
The solution is too big, too vast to really wrap your head around everything. There are too many directions it can go in. There aren't too many negatives. It's been an overall positive experience. Since they use a capacity license model, the problem is you have to do a first step proof of concept to see how many calls you have. This would dictate the license capacity you need to buy. The product could offer better backgrounds, or the ability to change the background.

Utilizing versatile features for efficient personal and work meetings
Zoom offers a number of interesting and valuable features. One of the most interesting is the ability to share only audio and provide ambient music without sharing a screen. The breakout room feature is much more developed than other solutions, allowing users to stay in the same meeting and move to different rooms and back to the main room. The sharing features are great for projecting people who should be in focus. Another valuable feature is the virtual entrance, which uses a username and password recognized by the Zoom system, showing the person's full name and ID. Additionally, the use of video and a good fixed background improves visibility compared to other applications. These features differentiate Zoom from others.

Pros

"The solution offers a very user-friendly experience."
"Zoom is easy to set up and is a very stable video communications app."
"The Zoom software is complete and effective, light and secure."
"Zoom is useful for virtual meetings."
"I've never had to use tech support for it. It just works."
"Zoom is easy to use and does not require much network bandwidth. Additionally, it does not require a lot of configuration which is very good."
"The initial setup is straightforward."
"Zoom has positively impacted my organization by helping me stay in touch with my customers and my team, allowing us to quickly figure out things in a world where you can't really speak on the phone anymore."
"The stability has been good overall."

Cons

"Since they use a capacity license model, the problem is you have to do a first step proof of concept to see how many calls you have."
"Technical support is in need of improvement."
"In some cases, I am not able to have a special background during the conversation. It could be because my device is not powerful enough, but I am not able to share a properly designed background. I am having problems setting up my virtual background. It is very easy to set up a virtual background during the conversation with Microsoft Teams, and that's why I like Microsoft Teams, but with Zoom, I find it difficult. I am not able to set up my virtual background very easily. They can look into this area and then see how to improve it."
"It is difficult to collaborate."
"Zoom could improve by having more dashboards."
"It is important for us to have Zoom integration with our Active Directory environment."
"Variable sound quality."
"I would like to see Zoom integrated with other third-party services."
"While the communication and video-audio conferencing features on Zoom are excellent, unlike Microsoft Teams, there is no direct integration with SharePoint. For us, that is the disadvantage of Zoom."
