We use the solution for recruiting personnel. 

The application of new employees is very helpful. We're able to get all the data is easy. We can manage the whole process of recruiting very easily.

The ease of use is great. Its usability is excellent.

This is a stable product. There are no bugs or glitches. It doesn't crash or freeze. It is reliable. 

The solution is scalable. We haven't faced any issues, whether it is one account or 10,000.

It's a standard module. It does what it does. Usage isn't related to the licensee. I'm not sure if we plans to increase usage. 

We've used technical support in the past. They are great. I have no complaints about the level of support on offer.

This solution is for managing applications and is generally used by HR as a recruiting tool. Candidates apply for a position through Cornerstone Recruiting and recruiting managers can use it as a reporting tool, and for tracking data related to the recruiting process. I'm an LMS implementation consultant and we are partners with Cornerstone. 

It's helpful because it's all one platform for everything, whereas previously different platforms were required. It also integrates with third parties such as other HR systems, LinkedIn, and other diverse applications.

I really like that the configuration is flexible and offers a lot of options. We haven't had any problems or issues with implementing different processes on the platform.

For recruiting managers and administrators using the platform, the UI is not very user-friendly. Some of the screens are not so easy to use.

I've been using this solution for three years. 

The solution is stable and we receive quarterly updates. The releases fix any issues that come along.

The scalability is generally not bad. We've had a variety of clients; those with less than 1,000 employees do better than the larger ones with more complex data to manage and over 10,000 employees.

We sometimes use support when releases come out and we need some assistance with the new features. The technical support is perfect and they're very responsive. 

When clients have distinct processes and know what they want to do with the platform or how they're going to be using it, it's really straightforward. The solution doesn't require maintenance, it's seamless and flawless. There is nothing to do from the client's side.

It's important to know what you want out of the platform and to have clear ideas about the recruiting processes, and be open to advice or changes that you can make. The training is very important in terms of knowing more about the platform and its logic.
