It ultimately becomes the company's decision to accept an e-sign document since they have the knowledge that the person signing the document is legitimate and the intended recipient.

It's very easy to set up your signature. It's very easy to run through the document and get it signed since it walks you through everything in a step-by-step manner. So, it's very easy to use.

There are no apparent areas that need improvement with Dropbox Sign. The tool's instructions are clear and concise, making the process easy to understand. So, I have used it throughout the year, and I feel it is easy to use. Even a new user would be able to figure out the solution.

The tool needs to be able to integrate with other products or servers. As new software or applications are introduced, various APIs become available for utilization. It would be beneficial for the tool to continue expanding its library and remain versatile in many products.

I have used Dropbox Sign around five times in a couple of years, the most recent being the previous week. I don't use it often since Dropbox Sign makes me sign a privacy or non-disclosure form.

It is a stable tool.

It is a scalable solution. So, in our organization, we have used it and migrated it to just about every branch under a particular organization.

I never contacted the technical support team since I have never faced issues with the solution needing support.

Unlike Dropbox Sign, DocuSign offers a more efficient process with fewer steps to sign documents. This streamlined approach makes it easier to use and complete the signing process, making DocuSign a better tool than others.

The solution's initial setup process was easy.

On a scale of one to ten, where ten is the most comfortable pricing, I rate the solution a nine out of ten.

I would tell those planning to use the solution that if they are planning to get rid of the paperwork and want to stay away from killing trees, they should go for it since it is a very user-friendly and environment-friendly application. Overall, I rate the solution a ten out of ten.

We primarily use the solution for digital signatures.

It makes signing documents easy and we can store them securely.
