My main use case for Dropbox Sign is that it has made life much easier and more convenient in the office, and the price was much more affordable than our previous tool, which was DocuSign. The only time it has not worked well has been with clients who do not have access to email, which is pretty rare these days. If document edits are required, it can be somewhat inconvenient to have to delete the old file, restart the submission, and sometimes have the client complain the link will not work because they are using the previous email.

Currently, I use Dropbox Sign for the new hire application process with our HR department. This saves internal personnel time by having the application link directly available from our website. The new hire candidate simply clicks, fills in, and electronically signs the application. When the application is signed, we receive a link back to the completed document. It has also eliminated the need for long lead times, mailing paper documents, post office delays, printer issues, and many other obstacles.

Dropbox Sign makes it really easy to collect a signature and other pertinent information from both our employees, vendors, and new hires when processing their paperwork. I also utilize a contract with my clients so expectations are clear. Dropbox Sign helps me show them the final contract to be signed while keeping paper waste down. I love the ability to upload my documents, and I especially appreciate being informed once it is signed and even when the client has looked at it.

Dropbox Sign's best features are that it is easy to sign documents, easy to upload documents, easy to send, and easy to use. Additionally, it is easy to navigate, easy to seamlessly integrate, and can get multiple signatories on the same document, which is time-saving. There are also reminders for the document status.

Dropbox Sign has positively impacted my organization by providing a central storage point for all employees' onboarding records. It improves efficiency in collecting and completing onboarding and also improves efficiency in timeline and ease of use for client contracts. I have seen faster time to contract signature and earlier completion of employee onboarding. I have been able to save 60 to 70% of my time, especially because there is no meeting with the client to sign documents. I have also been able to cut costs by 30%, with no traveling costs.

One of the areas that I would love Dropbox Sign to improve is when it comes to template use. It is already difficult to use for the same document or to have multiple users each sign an individual document. Sending multiple documents to a single user is also very difficult. I think there is considerable room for improvement in the current state of the app, and redesigning would be best, especially when dealing with templates and document workflows.

I have been using Dropbox Sign for seven years.

My main use case for Dropbox Sign is that people upload their photos on Dropbox and send me the Dropbox link. A quick specific example of a document I typically handle with Dropbox Sign is mostly photos, but also other documents and papers. I also use it for university to share pages.

The best features Dropbox Sign offers include having a Dropbox account, but you can use Dropbox even if you are not signed in. That feature helps me and my team because if I upload something on Dropbox, I can send the link also to those who do not have Dropbox. This is very useful because you do not need to be subscribed to download something from the site.

Dropbox Sign has positively impacted my organization because I can upload something on Dropbox without the physical paper of all my documents. This allows me to travel more lightly. Specific benefits include saving time.

Dropbox Sign can be improved because with some types of connection, I cannot use Dropbox. I do not know why. The needed improvements mostly relate to a network issue. However, on some devices, the app is more simple. I notice differences between the app on Apple and Microsoft.

We primarily use the solution to sign contracts or documents and send the documents to the correct person.

It made the signing of documentation faster. I was also able to get a receipt of the paperwork signed.

The most valuable aspect is the ability to print the signed documentation.

For those signing, it is free to use.

I'm not sure if you can download the signed documentation.

They should ensure that every company can accept it. I'm not sure if all companies use it. 

Often, you need to convert it to Adobe before you can email it.

I'd like to see something that helps artists to digitalize their work and upload it online. If a user decides to print work, it should be traceable or signed so you can see who is taking it and using your work without your permission. It would help you protect yourself and your work. Digital signatures that act like a watermark on digital work would be a game-changer. 

It would be useful if the solution were available on the cloud for free until you need to do something with it. 

I've only recently started to use the solution. This is a product that is still pretty new to me. 

The solution is stable and reliable. I'd rate the stability nine out of ten. I didn't have any issues. It doesn't crash or freeze.

There may be an ROI for companies sending documentation. However, I just signed a document. I did not receive any ROI. 

The solution was free to use as I was just a recipient of the document. I did not need to pay for it. I just used it to sign a document. 

If it is not free, it should be very inexpensive, like a dollar a year. It needs to be very affordable in order to get people to use it.

In technology, everything needs subscriptions. I'd prefer it if it was free until you needed to use it and pay only when you need it.

The usage of Dropbox Sign is associated with security measures. The tool features encryption and certification protocols and even provides the option for sign-in verification before document signing. It ultimately becomes the company's decision to accept an e-sign document since they have the knowledge that the person signing the document is legitimate and the intended recipient.

It's very easy to set up your signature. It's very easy to run through the document and get it signed since it walks you through everything in a step-by-step manner. So, it's very easy to use.

There are no apparent areas that need improvement with Dropbox Sign. The tool's instructions are clear and concise, making the process easy to understand. So, I have used it throughout the year, and I feel it is easy to use. Even a new user would be able to figure out the solution.

The tool needs to be able to integrate with other products or servers. As new software or applications are introduced, various APIs become available for utilization. It would be beneficial for the tool to continue expanding its library and remain versatile in many products.

I have used Dropbox Sign around five times in a couple of years, the most recent being the previous week. I don't use it often since Dropbox Sign makes me sign a privacy or non-disclosure form.

I would tell those planning to use the solution that if they are planning to get rid of the paperwork and want to stay away from killing trees, they should go for it since it is a very user-friendly and environment-friendly application. Overall, I rate the solution a ten out of ten.

We primarily use the solution for digital signatures.

It makes signing documents easy and we can store them securely.

So far, it's a good product, and it works well.

The solution is stable. Although, sometimes it takes a long time to receive the documents. I rate its stability a seven out of ten.

I use it about once or twice a month to send a contract to clients and get their signatures, so I am not a very frequent user.

The solution has significantly simplified the process of getting contracts signed. Previously, I would have clients print out a hard copy of the contract, sign it, and then scan it so that they could send it back to me. I would then have to print it out, sign it, and scan it back to them. I can simply send the contract electronically, with fields for the clients to complete and their signatures. Once the clients send the completed contract to me, I add my signature and send them a fully executed contract. This process only takes a matter of minutes since the templates can be pre-saved. As a result, this solution saves me a significant amount of time.

One of my favorite features of Dropbox Sign is the ability to save templates. I tend to use the same contract repeatedly, with only the names being changed.

There isn't necessarily any scope for improvement since uploading from Google Drive is very easy.

Currently, one can't accept payments over the solution. It would be a nice addition to the solution if we could accept payments via PayPal or Zelle so that when someone signs a contract, they can also pay. For now, I use QuickBooks for the aforementioned purpose.

I have been using Dropbox Sign for two years. So, I have been using it since the time when it was called HelloSign. Also, I don't remember the version of the solution I am using.

Stability-wise, I rate the solution a ten out of ten.

Since I have not thought about scaling up my business, it would be hard for me to comment on what I think about its scalability. Scalability-wise, I rate the solution an eight or nine out of ten. Just one person in my company is using the solution. Even though I plan to use the solution in the future, my business is managed by myself presently.

I never had the opportunity to communicate with the technical support team.

The initial setup process was very straightforward. When I first started using Dropbox Sign, it was known as HelloSign, and I could add it as an app to my Google Workspace. This allowed me to easily access the HelloSign link and go through the process as soon as I finished the document. Nowadays, I log in to Dropbox Sign and pull it up from Google. Although I don't have a Google extension, the process is still very simple and easy to use.

The solution is deployed on the cloud.

The solution's pricing is fine. I chose Dropbox Sign over Adobe because of its pricing.

I would tell those planning to use the solution that it is very easy to use, especially if you have basic technological skills since such skills can help you to get it up and running quickly. So, it's not complicated at all. I rate the overall solution a ten out of ten.
