I usually do not face any bugs and would give it a high rating. Most of my requirements from an integration and functionality standpoint were correct from day one. We shared our requirements, and they fixed them, so we did not experience the need to go back and forth, noticing changes or functionalities. It was smooth.
Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?
We did not have a previous solution. We used other collaborative tools like Microsoft Teams and an internally developed, customized system. We shifted from the custom-made environment to Microsoft Dynamics.
What other advice do I have?
I give this solution a rating of nine out of ten based on my experience and the areas I connect to. I subtract one point since I do not know about the costs. From my perspective, it is an effective tool, and I recommend using it from a user standpoint.

At this stage, we utilize tools like Commitments, Upside, and Closest. We focus on following up on leads and opportunities within Dynamics. Each call with the account manager and the sales team contributes to this process. The sales team is utilizing the solution aspect of this process. We have set targets that need to be met, aligned with our quarterly objectives.

Dynamics 365 Sales offers robust integration capabilities with third-party tools, complemented by our in-house developed applications. We've tailored our pricing within Dynamics 365 to suit our specific needs, collaborating closely with our teams for its development. Leveraging Azure and Microsoft Office 365 integration, Dynamics 365 becomes even more powerful. For instance, when creating new opportunities or leads within Dynamics, seamless integration with our pricing software streamlines our workflow, saving valuable time. The availability of REST APIs makes integration flexible and accessible to a wide range of users. We are already using Office 365 in our corporation. We are utilizing all its features such as login device management, Intune, Sentiment, System, and Teams.
