Asset tracking, inventory control, and maintenance run in one system. Procurement, tagging, reservations, check-in and check-out, maintenance, audits, depreciation, and retirement are all tracked there, so operations and maintenance teams can see where an asset is, who has it, when it is available, and what condition it is in.
Core capabilities
* Asset tracking: Barcode, QR code, and handheld RFID scanning, plus GPS and telematics integrations. Each asset keeps an item trail and state history, with custody, location, and condition capture.
* Requests, reservations, and dispatch: A request portal and Dispatch Center route requests through multi-level approvals. Equipment allocated to sites and projects is protected against double-booking, and a Work Planner schedules technicians.
* Maintenance management: The CMMS add-on covers preventive maintenance, work orders with checklists, parts, labor timers, and cost roll-up, and service history on every asset.
* Inventory control: Location-specific min/max thresholds, low-stock alerts, default reorder quantities on purchase orders, receiving against purchase orders, and stock transfers between locations. Purchase orders support multiple currencies.
* Workflow automation: A three-step automation builder (trigger, condition, action), automatic work order routing, and multi-tier approval workflows.
* Reporting: A custom report builder with scheduled email delivery, export to PDF or CSV, role-based dashboards, and Catalog Optimizer utilization reports and demand forecasting (enabled through support).
* Security and access control: Custom roles, SAML SSO, SCIM, two-factor authentication, and identity integrations with Okta, Azure AD DS, OneLogin, and Ping Identity.
