The support team for the product is below average and needs to improve on their aptitude for communication. The technical assistance provided for troubleshooting sessions is time-consuming is often detrimental to the business.

It could have greatly benefited new users, as such resources could have provided invaluable guidance, insights, and step-by-step instructions, ultimately aiding in the swift acclimatization to the software's functionalities and subsequently fostering a more intuitive and less daunting onboarding process for individuals who are just beginning to explore and engage with the software's capabilities.

JSCAPE team can maybe implement more pre-build integration setups that would help projects with changing business needs. 

I've used the solution for less than a year.

Nowadays, since most of the data is either confidential or comprised of large sets of data, it's difficult to trust software that makes all our manual intervention work easy. 

I found working with this software quite convenient to use with easy UI and provides high security for data transfers which supports encryption protocols like SSL/TLS, SFTP, et cetera.

I've used the solution for two to three years.

I did previously use a different solution. However, it did not meet the requirements of what work needed to be done. We still had to do manual interventions and there were lags in data transfer which impacted our day-day tasks.

With JSCAPE Accelerated File Transfer Protocol, now we can transfer files at 100x speeds when compared to FTPs. There is also an option where we do not need a resource to wait until a particular period of time to initiate the file transfer there is an option of scheduling where we can schedule our tasks at a particular time and can just carry with our work. 

JSCAPE has helped a lot with optimization. The customization made many complex, time-consuming tasks simpler. We used to have a headache with file transfers since it used to consume a lot of time and required a resource. We have an option of triggers where we eliminate the boilerplate code/repetitive tasks, and we define what should be done after a particular action/task. This has helped a lot in reducing the time required to analyze and redo the task again, and cloud server configuration is made easier.

There are many features I found very useful. For example, the Accelerated File Transfer (AFT) protocol, where we can transfer files at 100x the speed when compared to FTPs. We handle cybersecurity ourselves with proprietary technologies for the network as a service. Files can be encrypted as necessary, and we offer point-to-point accelerated private networks. JSCAPE helps us on both the front end and back end.

We provide our network services, and we use third-party products such as JSCAPE for managed file transfers and process automation.
