| Data Scientist at a tech services company with 51-200 employees | 3.5 | I use Azure Custom Vision for custom models, appreciating its easy, no-code training and stability. However, the annotation process is difficult due to the lack of a zoom feature and image management tools, making it a 7/10 solution. |

It allows you to quickly prepare your data set trainers and go live.
The training has been great. It's a no-code training platform, so you just have to perform the annotation and just click a button to automatically train. You don't really have hard code the right code to train the model in Custom Vision.
The setup is simple.
When you are annotating, you have to create a bounding box around the car to tell the model, "Okay, this is where the car is." You can use open source and third parties to work on this platform and they allow you to zoom in on the image, so you can properly mark the coordinate. However, Azure Custom Vision does not allow you to zoom in on the image.
Also, once you upload an image, you do not have the provision to download it or to search the file by file name, all that facility is not available.
It is a stable solution. I have trained a couple of models, and it has been working fine. The only issue is the zoom-in and zoom-out. However, there are no bugs or glitches and it doesn't crash or freeze.
I am only using single user, so I'm not aware of if Custom Vision allows you to have scalability. I'm sure inside the organization, if you have more than one more email ID, likely many people can use it.
I've not dealt with technical support. I can't speak to how helpful they are.
The setup is easy, I've done it myself and the setup is not very difficult. It is very straightforward. You just start up the service and it might only take 15 to 20 minutes. It is very fast.
I'm not sure of the cost of the solution.
I'm a partner.
I have the latest version on the portal.
I'd recommend the solution. It's pretty easy to use.
I would rate the solution seven out of ten. It's very fast, however, the annotation is difficult.
