Daily work management has become smoother and supports integrated task and code workflows
Pros and Cons
  • "For the project management side, I am using Microsoft Azure DevOps Server, it does its job well, and I don't see any drawbacks."
  • "On a scale from zero to ten points, I would give Microsoft's technical support eight points. I give eight points and not ten because there is sometimes a delay, and I will not get a reply immediately."

What is our primary use case?

I am using Microsoft Azure DevOps Server for our developmental process. I simply use it for task creation and all, focused on daily activities. I have integrated Microsoft Azure DevOps Server with different source control systems such as Git and TFS, although the developers primarily handle these integrations, and I don't have much idea about it.

What is most valuable?

For the project management side, I am using Microsoft Azure DevOps Server. It does its job well, and I don't see any drawbacks. I am not using the integrated planning tools or the analytics part. The quality of the support itself is good, which is valuable for our operations. I appreciate the ability to combine it with different source control systems, providing a seamless workflow for developers.

What needs improvement?

Currently, I don't see any areas for improvement or anything that could be better about Microsoft Azure DevOps Server. Perhaps some small things could be changed or some features could be added, but currently, I am not able to recall all these things.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

For stability, I give eight points, and sometimes every product has issues.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

For scalability, I would give eight or nine because Microsoft products are vast, so I can scale easily.

How are customer service and support?

On a scale from zero to ten points, I would give Microsoft's technical support eight points. I give eight points and not ten because there is sometimes a delay, and I will not get a reply immediately. Sometimes because of connectivity to them, it will take time.

The quality of the support itself is good, and I don't see any issues in that aspect.

Which other solutions did I evaluate?

I actually don't know if I purchased the product from Microsoft directly or from a marketplace such as AWS Marketplace or Azure Marketplace; it is all done by higher management.

I had to ask this question because I am partners with AWS, so this is obligatory for me to ask.

What other advice do I have?

From the developers on my team, I don't hear any positive feedback about these available integrations or concerns. Everything is all right.

I would give eight to nine points in general to Microsoft Azure DevOps Server, where ten is the best product. I would give eight points for Microsoft Azure DevOps Server, which is better than nine. My overall review rating for this product is eight points.

Which deployment model are you using for this solution?

Public Cloud

If public cloud, private cloud, or hybrid cloud, which cloud provider do you use?
