I mainly use MikroTik Routers. We use them for laboratory and integral solution purposes and different kinds of load balancing and network switching. We also use them for different kinds of use cases that highly rely on network switching. I am using the latest version, and I do automatic updates.

They are scalable. The number of users varies based on the usage of the company, but generally, we have between 20 to 100 users.
How are customer service and support?
I never used their technical support.
How was the initial setup?
I didn't have any difficulty with the initial setup. They provide different kinds of documentation. As long as they provide an installation document, I don't have any problem with these installations and different kinds of procedures.
What about the implementation team?
I installed it myself.
What other advice do I have?
I would recommend this solution to others. We plan to keep using this solution.

I use MikroTik Routers and Switches to control the network in my company.
What is most valuable?
I find MikroTik Routers and Switches easy to install and maintain. They simplify the process of creating access lists, allowing me to understand my network's activities effectively. Load balancing is very good with MikroTik Routers and Switches. Once set up, the device is simple to maintain.
What needs improvement?
It would be better for me if I could establish filter rules within MikroTik. Also, there is no automatic backup option in the MikroTik setup, so adding it would be beneficial.

I have been working with MikroTik Routers and Switches for almost ten years.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
MikroTik Routers and Switches are very stable. I use the CCR1016-12G model.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
I have not experienced any scalability issues. The device scales up efficiently to meet the growing demands of my network.
How are customer service and support?
I sometimes need technical support from my ISP company, or else I gather information from YouTube. I do not take direct help from MikroTik.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?
I use a Cisco Meraki firewall for security reasons and to control unauthorized access. I do not use Cisco routers, just the Cisco Meraki firewall.
How was the initial setup?
The initial setup was straightforward. I connected the MikroTik Routers and Switches through a PC, set the interfaces for Wi-Fi ports, and then configured the IP addresses. I also set up the routing list.
What about the implementation team?
I set it up personally.
Which other solutions did I evaluate?
There are many options available, but in my region, I predominantly use MikroTik Routers and Switches.
What other advice do I have?
On a scale of one to ten, I rate MikroTik Routers and Switches an eight. It is easy to use and handle, with strong local support in my market. I would recommend it to others. Additionally, it would be beneficial if MikroTik could provide a cloud account setup option.
