The platform helps us learn about products and translate concepts into tangible proposals. Later, we use those concepts to build various combinations of products in the Pharma industry. Furthermore, we invest in the products and bring the idea into a commercial business flow using PLM.
What is our primary use case?
What is most valuable?
PLM stores much product-related information through diagrams, attachments, and specifications. It integrates with change management solutions helping us deal with complex processes. Additionally, its integration with project management solutions allows us to handle budget allocations. We can manage practice costs in terms of resources and other materials. It works as the most sustainable formula for us.
What needs improvement?
We encounter a challenge in maintaining the platform. It is complex migrating data from third-party vendors. We certainly don’t have the expertise for it. Thus, we take help from legacy domain users as consultants or contractors. We plan to overcome this limitation by investing to be self-sufficient service providers.
For how long have I used the solution?
What do I think about the stability of the solution?

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
It is a highly scalable platform.
What other advice do I have?
The platform’s architecture and stages are different compared to traditional ERP systems. It is more advanced. They are about to convert all the page components into application components allowing us to customize configurations. I look forward to it as it could be helpful for me to extend for other modules as well.
I rate it an eight out of ten as it provides flexibility for handling customizations.
