The seamless authentication process offers the ability to adapt to organizational structures, such as leaving a bonded organization. Additionally, it provides better integration with SIP services than Cisco. Also, it is an open-source product with free registration and availability of information within a few minutes.

The performance of a few computations for the message broker version could be more stable. It requires highly secure functionality with optimal network coverage. We encounter failure issues during the operations as well.

The technical support services are good. However, there have been delayed responses, particularly for critical issues. It has occasionally required users to seek solutions or integrations independently. The overall experience has improved, and the support team's expertise has proven helpful in two years. They respond with essential resolutions.

For maintenance, official support from Red Hat is necessary, which incurs a cost. While performing updates and installations can be done independently without additional charges, having access to official support becomes crucial when encountering issues or complications.

It is an expensive platform and not suitable for small companies. It costs around $30,000 for standard support services and lacks flexibility.
