SolarWinds Log Analyzer should deliver more integrated products so you can manage the console and easily configure the solution.

The solution's technical support should improve its knowledge base. They should have more material in Portuguese because they have very few materials in Portuguese.

The solution’s initial setup is not so easy.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
SolarWinds Log Analyzer is a cheap product. We have a commercial change this year in Brazil wherein we have to buy the solution via a distributor, and they have increased the prices. We are waiting to see how it will work in our market. Since it started this month, I don't know if the pricing will remain competitive for the rest of the year. Until December, the solution's pricing was competitive and cheap.
What other advice do I have?
Overall, I rate SolarWinds Log Analyzer a seven out of ten.
