I still use Fortigate, also Sophos UTM. As I'm a solution consultant, I have different clients where each solution fits the environment.

Simple and easy.

Excellent product, meets most of the security needs of companies of various sizes. You can buy it without fear.

Sophos XG is used for network security for RED devices, client servers, and VM servers.

The most valuable feature of Sophos XG is the VBM.

Sophos XG could improve by being more stable and for it to be able to be used for large enterprises.

I have used Sophos XG within the last 12 months.

For small to medium-sized businesses, Sophos XG works well, it is stable.

We have approximately 15 users using this solution in my organization and we do not plan to increase usage.

The support we have received from Sophos XG has been good.

The installation of Sophos XG is simple.

The time it takes for the implementation depends on many factors, such as how many features are required and the size of the business. However, for a small business, the process can take approximately one day.

For small implementations, I can do the process but for larger implementations, I have an assistant.

I recommend this solution to others for small to medium-sized businesses.

Sophos XG is used as our firewall.

We are an MSP, and we have a variety of clients with varying needs. It is a solution that is tailored to each of our clients and their specific requirements.

The most valuable feature of this solution is flexibility.

Scalability could be improved. It could be better.

I have been working with Sophos XG for approximately six years.

It is scalable in the majority of cases. We've had a couple of problems.

Our main application is for medium-sized companies.

We are also using FortiGate.

The initial setup is easy, it's straightforward.

The technical support is good. We have no problems with technical support.

The price is reasonable but it would be great if it was reduced to half the price.

I would recommend this solution. They all have different strengths and weaknesses, it all depends on the environment.

I would rate Sophos XG a nine out of ten.

I generally use Sophos for the firewall and also for endpoint protection. 

The dashboard is easy to use and quite sensitive, I like it. The reporting offers a lot of detail and that's good. 

The technical support they offer is difficult to access. There is no direct number to call and when you do get hold of them and have confirmation, it takes a while to get a response.

I've been using Sophos XG for about seven months. 

I haven't had any issues with stability. 

Dealing with technical support is not simple. 

The initial setup is straightforward. 

I know a little about Cisco which is less complicated than Sophos, but I prefer the Sophos dashboard. 

I recommend this solution, the only issue is that it's not suitable for enterprise size companies.
