What is most valuable?
The solution is easy to implement, and its reporting is great. From the start, you get to see the exposure of your AD. So, it doesn't need a lot of time for implementation until you get the benefits out of it.
What needs improvement?
Tenable Identity Exposure is more expensive than Defender for Identity.
For how long have I used the solution?
I have been using Tenable Identity Exposure for over a year.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
Tenable Identity Exposure is a stable and reliable solution. I've never had any outages with the solution.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
Tenable Identity Exposure is a scalable solution. Currently, we have around six to seven customers using the solution.
How are customer service and support?
The integration is between us and Tenable Identity Exposure. We have excellent technical support, and we have a great partnership with them as well. The technical support team is very supportive while interacting with customers to improve their services or security posture.
How was the initial setup?
The solution's initial setup is very straightforward.
What about the implementation team?
It takes a month to deploy Tenable Identity Exposure. To deploy Tenable Identity Exposure, you have to procure the licenses, get tenant access, and open the workflows to your staff environment.
The solution can be deployed through the customer's in-house team depending on how strong the IT department is and within the company.
What other advice do I have?
I am using the latest version of Tenable Identity Exposure. Tenable Identity Exposure is a cloud-based solution.
I would recommend Tenable Identity Exposure to other users.
