We use the solution for email marketing.

What is most valuable?

It is a good product. The out-of-the-box integration with all the other Zoho applications is the most valuable feature of the solution. Many solutions like Mailchimp are almost the same as Zoho Campaigns. The features are very similar, but the integration provided available in Zoho Campaigns makes it much more powerful. We can connect with Zoho Analytics, Zoho CRM, and Zoho Creator. I haven't run into any issues with the product. It's a very mature platform.

What needs improvement?

The product must provide users more control over improving the worthiness of our domain. We can follow certain best practices to improve our reputation within a community so that our emails do not go to spam. The product must provide more features to improve the worthiness of our domain.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using the solution since 2016 or 2017.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

The tool is stable.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

The tool gets very expensive if we increase the number of records that we’re storing in it. It can be a deal breaker for a lot of clients.

How are customer service and support?

The support team takes a while to respond to our request. I have had similar experiences with all the other support teams of Zoho except for Zoho CRM. Zoho CRM’s support team is the most responsive.

How was the initial setup?

The initial setup is very straightforward and very simple. It can be done with just a few clicks. The product is deployed on Zoho’s cloud.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

A lot of people choose Zoho because it is priced very low compared to its competitors. Zoho Campaigns is cheaper compared to other products. However, the add-ons can get very expensive.

What other advice do I have?

I would recommend the solution to others. I have been using it for a long time and am most comfortable with Zoho Campaigns. I have limited experience with other platforms. I do not see any major issues with the product. It's a very mature platform. It works really well. It's documented really well. It gives you what it promises. Overall, I rate the solution a ten out of ten.

What is our primary use case?

We primarily use the solution for email purposes. 

How has it helped my organization?

We use it for corporate email and so far it's been great.

What is most valuable?

It's a very simple solution for email. 

The solution is very inexpensive and very reasonably priced. 

The solution does offer a wide variety of products, although we just take advantage of the email portion.

The solution is easy to access via a web interface. 

What needs improvement?

I can't recall missing any features. We use it quite minimally.

They could get better at dealing with spam. They need to improve their anti-spam capabilities. 

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

I can't speak to the scalability as we've never actually tried to scale it. We use it very minimally.

We don't have more than 20 people on the solution. 

How are customer service and support?

They do have technical support, and you can get premium and standard offerings of support, However, we don't really need their assistance. We don't use it that much. 

That said, I've received feedback that support is okay. It could be due to the fact that we do not have a premium option, however, I can't complain. It's been fine so far.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

I'm also familiar with Gmail and Microsoft offerings.

We like to use Zoho as it is less expensive. 

How was the initial setup?

You don't need to install anything. You use it via a web interface. It's very simple. 

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

We only use a small Zoho package. We don't have an extensive license. 

The cost is less expensive than, for example, Gmail. It's very competitive.

What other advice do I have?

As a cloud-based solution, we are always using the latest version. 

I'd rate the solution at a nine out of ten.

It’s a very easy product to use but emails were going to spam a lot despite us making various changes.

What is most valuable?

The ability to track both the number of people who open the email and the click rates.

It has given us a way to promote events and webinars to our customer base, and then see the level of interest.

The emails were going to spam a lot despite us making various changes, and it appeared to be more because it was being sent from Zoho then anything else.
