  • "Its template management feature could be easier to use."

What is our primary use case?

Our customers use the solution to manage their business processes.

What is most valuable?

The solution's most valuable feature is blueprints. It automatically creates training sessions to guide us about the potential way-outs. It consists of a group of executives who share different processes and suggestions whenever an improvement is needed. So that we have inputs to move forward.

What needs improvement?

The solution's template management feature could be easier to use. Many times, the task list files disappear from the board. They should improve this particular feature. Also, they should include more custom functions in the solution. In addition, they should include a customer portal as well. So that customers interact with the system and have data access whenever they need it.

I have been using the solution for more than two years.

I rate the solution's stability a nine.

I rate the solution's scalability an eight.

How was the initial setup?

The solution's initial setup process is complex. It requires someone to diagnose the tool for the proper implementation.

What other advice do I have?

I advise others to know the methodology they require before purchasing any solution. I rate Zoho Projects as a nine.
