Customer service of Runner Technologies Data Quality compared to Experian Data Quality. How do they compare?
We are currently using Runner Technologies Data Quality and are wondering how it compares to Experian Data Quality, as far as customer satisfaction is concerned.
Does anyone have experience with Experian or both solutions?

When evaluating addressing solutions, customer service is important but quality and depth of data is perhaps more important.
Many of these companies use 3rd party engines to cover certain countries, if not all countries. Both of these companies use Informatica's AddressDoctor to cover some, if not all countries so at the end of the day, you might be getting the same engine. AddressDoctor is a good product and we use it ourselves. However, no product is perfect.
All of the players in the industry have strengths and weaknesses so it it best to pair their strengths with your needs. This is particularly true in the area of knowledge and their logic.
How many countries are you interested in covering? What are you top markets? You may want to make a list of your top countries, discuss each of these countries with possible vendors and determine how much they know about these countries and when the data was last updated.
You may want to consider running a comparative test as well. I hope this helps.
