I highly recommend Ruckus Wireless WAN. It has all the necessary features we were looking for in a wireless WAN tool. Ruckus was very straightforward and fast to set up and deploy and we did not require any technical assistance with it.
Ruckus performs really well for us. I find that its access points provide excellent coverage and they are very powerful. All these access points are easily manageable by using a centralized dashboard. Thanks to Ruckus we have significantly faster wi-fi and much improved coverage.
We haven’t experienced any stability issues since we started using Ruckus. Ruckus also scales well - currently, we have nearly 40,000 users using Ruckus Wireless. One of the major benefits of using Ruckus is its technical support team - their technical support is excellent. We find that they are very responsive, very flexible, and attentive to their customer’s needs. When they feel it’s necessary, they escalate us to senior support very quickly and we get the support we need.
