I chose a ten out of ten because of the simple configuration process; we can upload an auxiliary file and update it anytime without losing existing configurations, plus the interoperability feature allows multiple trunks to Avaya, Cisco, the Teams side, or any local PBX. Regarding AudioCodes Mediant Cloud SBC's governance and security, it uses TLS certificates for the trunk, but I cannot provide more details about security and governance beyond this. For accuracy and reliability of output pertaining to AudioCodes Mediant Cloud SBC's AI capabilities, it is always reliable, securing all traffic using a three-way handshake protocol over TCP with TLS.
