We are currently working on integrating Bigin by Zoho CRM with other applications, particularly an HR HRIS system, though this is planned for 2026 end. Bigin by Zoho CRM saves considerable time compared to Tally or SAP because it is comprehensive and complete. It offers various modules including procurement, SCM, and finance. As companies grow, adding new modules is straightforward - simply request the needed module from them. I rate Bigin by Zoho CRM an 8 out of 10.

What I appreciate about Bigin by Zoho CRM is that it is mostly a low-budget application. I primarily work with Zoho Creator and Zoho CRM. Bigin by Zoho CRM is a very limited application, but if some customers need a low-budget application, then we can opt for it where they want a small management system for lead and deals management. The benefits of Bigin by Zoho CRM are that it's a low-cost option. The second point is that it is a limited application where we cannot customize. The third factor includes predefined features such as automated lead-to-deal and deal-to-business pipeline management. For smaller businesses, we have to develop smaller kinds of customization. Regarding the UI, as an IT professional, I appreciate that UI because the interface for CRM and Bigin by Zoho CRM is almost identical. Given my rich experience with Zoho technologies and Bigin by Zoho CRM, my advice to other organizations considering it is that if they want to use it, my recommendation is they can go with Zoho Creator because Zoho Creator is also a low-cost application where we can develop anything we want. I rate Bigin by Zoho CRM seven out of ten.
