With AI becoming prevalent, Bigin by Zoho CRM needs AI updates, which I heard they are working on. Additionally, their commercial model based on slabs is not easily comprehensible. The sales representatives should be better equipped to explain the slab structure in a simpler manner. This was my main concern during discussions with Zoho.

The issue with Bigin by Zoho CRM is that we cannot create a custom function directly in the system. We need to use an extension or Sigma. With the help of Bigin by Zoho CRM, we can integrate other applications; directly we cannot integrate, just as with CRM or Creator. I would like to see improvements in Bigin by Zoho CRM, maybe with the Sigma extensions, where we can make widgets and integrations.

The user interface is too modular and fragmented, posing challenges. The UI could be much better by the year 2025.
Zoho CRM needs to incorporate HRM.
