The main challenge I faced during migration was actually doing the migration itself. At first, I had to find a way to move or replicate the information to the cloud, which was way too manual. I think AWS realized that the migration process is something most clients are actually using regularly. Overall, I would give AWS Application Migration Service a six. I would definitely recommend it to other people. However, I give it a six mainly due to the compatibility issues with legacy systems, which is an individual problem I am currently facing. For most of the projects I've done with UpToDate Systems since 2013 and onwards, I've never had any problem. But dealing with some of these super old technologies is very painful. My overall review rating for AWS Application Migration Service is six out of ten.
The service is not complicated; I find it easy to use. For those considering AWS Application Migration Service, the advice depends on their specific needs. If it involves database migration, especially moving from on-premise Oracle to Postgres or Oracle, it is the better solution because it provides helpful features, fast performance, and full migration capabilities. I rate AWS Application Migration Service a nine out of ten overall.

I would rate the solution overall a nine out of ten. New users should start with AWS Application Migration Service and have a use case to test its capabilities. For mid to large scale projects, it is beneficial to have relevant automation, like the Cloud Migration Factory, built into the migration strategy.
CloudEndure Live Migration can take care of all of its supported versions. Also, it is important to have great control of bandwidth usage. It is important to have a good monitoring system for the migration. I rate the overall solution a ten out of ten.

CloudEndure is a product that I recommend to my customers because it's very easy to implement, configure, and use. Also, the vendor does not charge for the migration itself. Rather, they only begin charging the customer once the data has been transferred. Overall, this is a good solution, although there are some drawbacks to it so it is not perfect. I would rate this solution a seven out of ten.
